Love the cleaniness of the hotel, room and surroundings. Easy self check in and check out kiosk. Theres a petrol kiosk oppsite hotel, burger king. Theres also a food kiosk at the lobby. Many parking spaces around hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This hostel exceeded my expectations. It's located in the small town of Bad Goisern, conveniently situated about a 5-minute walk from the Bad Mitte bus station and a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets nearby. Restaurants in town generally close early, so be mindful of the time, but there's a Turkish kebab shop about a 1-minute walk from the hostel that serves large, delicious portions and stays open late – a great option if you need it. Check-in at the hostel is simple and takes place on the second floor. Before you check in, the elderly owner will explain the transportation and attractions in the lake district. There's one private bathroom, a communal kitchen/lounge area, and another larger bathroom. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The room had heating, so it wasn't cold. The common area provides a shoe dryer, which is incredibly useful during the rainy season in the lake district. All the fellow travelers I met were lovely; we could arrange to explore together and chat. I was very satisfied with this solo trip to Austria.☺️
