GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Station and 3 minutes from the day tour meeting point. You can get to the airport directly from Southern Cross Station via SkyBus in half an hour. Major city center attractions are all within reasonable walking distance.
There are plenty of dining options nearby, and convenience stores too. I highly recommend the Malaysian restaurant in the first alley on your left when you exit – it might be the best food I've had, super cheap, generous portions, and a wide variety. Trust me, go try it!
The shared bathrooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, with the restrooms being cleaned multiple times daily. Electronic key card access is required for every door, making it very secure.
The only suggestions are that the bed sheets are a bit old and pilled, and the metal bunk bed shakes a bit. There was construction nearby at night, but that's not the hotel's fault.
Everything else was great, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, making it super convenient for getting around and finding plenty of food options. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations. I loved the app-based room key system. The lobby has lots of power outlets, and the first-floor lounge area is spacious, plus there are independent lounge areas on each floor. The room itself was quite large and had bedside lamps. On the third floor, the men's restroom has two individual shower stalls, and there are more on the second floor. The kitchen has 8 gas burners, which can get quite crowded during meal times. The free breakfast was simple, but they did offer almond milk.
On the downside, the bathroom felt a bit humid, there were no privacy curtains on the bed, and there weren't many hooks in the room.

But the shower pressure was really weak, barely a trickle, and the showerhead in my room was fixed, so it was hard to properly wash. Anyone with long hair would probably find it insufficient. However, I only stayed one night, and it was cheap, so I'm satisfied! They also seem to have events, and if the days had aligned, I would've loved to try their free pizza.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location for a stop by along the ocean road, 15 minutes drive to Apollo bay, quiet little property located at the foot of mountain and facing the sea, with fantastic ocean view and interesting rock and sand beach
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room of bay view is spacious with a small sitting room and all necessary utensils
People just need to bring necessary food and drink to cook for themselves as there is a bit distance from the town center
A little advice though: please provide air-conditioner for the accommodations as it’s pretty hot in summer in the room. It’s not comfortable and the guest cannot sleep well in the summer heat

GGuest UserIt doesn't look much from the highway, and it's a distance out of town, but don't let it stop you.
I stayed in a ”newer” cabin and it was clean and neat, fully stocked, and comfortable. It was quiet despite the highway.
Checking in was easy, and friendly.
No internet was a let-down, and the Tesltra signal was poor in Colac town as well as at the park.

VVJEN. TWe stayed at NRMA Phillip Island Beachfront Holiday Park during our trip to Phillip Island and really enjoyed it. The beachfront location was excellent, peaceful, and family-friendly. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a small kitchenette, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals for our kids. The park facilities were well maintained, and it was only a short drive to Penguin Parade and other attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient place for a family stay

SSIN TUNGThe manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request.
The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well).
supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well.
Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry.
Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again.
The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.
