Very Good
GGuest UserThe location is superb, as expected from YHA. The building is old, and the room layout and facilities are a bit inconvenient. There isn't a single hook in the entire room, making it feel like there's nowhere to put anything. The simple Western-style breakfast was okay, but some of the dried fruits might have been close to their expiration date.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room comfortably accommodates 6 people with three double beds, and the bedding is very clean. Each floor has a desk with charging points. The WiFi speed is decent. Breakfast includes sandwiches, toast, milk, coffee, cereal, and unlimited drinks. There's also a gas stove, which is great if you like to cook your own meals, like boiling an egg. The living room on the first floor is spacious enough for dozens of people to have meetings or chats. A major plus is its 8-minute walk to Southern Cross Station, located right in the city center on King Street.
**Environment:** Quiet, safe, and convenient.
**Cleanliness:** The bathroom is very clean, gets daily cleaning, and has no unpleasant odors.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location for a stop by along the ocean road, 15 minutes drive to Apollo bay, quiet little property located at the foot of mountain and facing the sea, with fantastic ocean view and interesting rock and sand beach
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room of bay view is spacious with a small sitting room and all necessary utensils
People just need to bring necessary food and drink to cook for themselves as there is a bit distance from the town center
A little advice though: please provide air-conditioner for the accommodations as it’s pretty hot in summer in the room. It’s not comfortable and the guest cannot sleep well in the summer heat
GGuest UserThe hygiene was good, with timely cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen areas. The location in the CBD was fantastic, making it easy to reach all the attractions within the free tram zone. Overall, it's quite convenient for both short trips and longer stays. The only downside is the noise. Due to the large and diverse number of guests, the hallways, especially if you're on the ground floor near reception, can be very loud. If your room also faces the street, you'll have to contend with noise from both inside the hostel and the street at night, which is something to seriously consider if you're a light sleeper. Additionally, the showerhead in the bathroom wasn't very well designed.

丁丁The guy at the front desk is very good, my English is not good, he very enthusiastically recommended the surrounding food, drink and fun, and also helped me buy a fishing permit to catch crabs, and stay here next time.
SSIN TUNGThe manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request.
The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well).
supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well.
Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry.
Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again.
The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.
