The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room lacked cleanliness and needs improvement. There was dust in the corners of the room and on the bed railings. Empty plastic bottles and tissues were scattered on the floor. Additionally, some guests were inconsiderate. There were people using beds that weren't theirs, and others making loud noises late at night. I would definitely not want to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. I didn’t bring an adapter, but the front desk kindly lent me one. Everything was great during my stay

I stayed here before and thought it was okay, but two years later, the room light was broken, so it didn't feel as nice anymore. The hotel service was quite good; the staff were very welcoming and even gave me free coffee. It's near the port, and the parking lot is large.
