The service attitude of the front desk attendant was extremely poor. The taxi I called for me had already started the meter when I got in the car. I asked the driver about it, but he pretended not to know. However, I know it is impossible for the meter to jump so much when I get in the car tomorrow. I rejected the fraudulent driver and reported it to the front desk and called a new taxi. The girl at the front desk said there were no other cars. When I asked her which direction the nearby Av. Brasil was, she also shook her head and pretended not to know. How could she not know such a famous street? She must be unhappy because I didn't cooperate with her and was cheated by the driver.

Deconstructed, pleasant a**osphere and meets what you need!
Clean but super functional rooms, no frills and practical.
It met what I needed and the room gave me a peaceful night's sleep, and I was able to rest very well!
The hotel is located in a location with facilities around it, so there was no need for the hotel not to offer meals.
If I return to BH, the hotel will definitely be on my quote list!

Очень удобное расположение, из-за этого и брали. В центре сложно найти недорогой отель с парковкой. В номере есть обогреватель, кондиционер и вентилятор, всё, что хочешь)) Из минусов: сложновато заезжать с крутой улицы в ворота парковки и обратно)) На сайте указано, что завтрака нет. А на самом деле утром нам предложили кофе и сырный хлеб, это такие хлебные шарики с сырной начинкой. Огромное спасибо и это очень вкусно!)) Вид с балкончика номера - супер!

Contudo, as instalações são mais antigas.
O quarto é pequeno, conta com um frigobar (antigo) que funciona. Um guarda-roupas pequeno.
A cama é grande e confortável.
A tv funciona.
Não tem tomadas disponíveis dentro do quarto.
O banheiro deixou a desejar.
Dentro do box, a área estava completamente mofada e com forte odor.
O café da manhã é honesto e completo, recomendo.

When I came, there was a triple room. The hotel manager Anna directly let me live in a triple room and lived in a large room of more than 40 square meters. Still very good.

On accommodation, although not a five-star hotel can perfectly meet the needs of tourists, such as providing comfortable beds, excellent shower at temperature, reasonable breakfast and cleaning at the request of the guest.
Positive points: location; accommodation; shower and cleaning service.
Negative points: we stood in front of the BRT station, as soon as the noise of the street was one of the things that disturbed up to a certain timetable.
