Very Good
LLauren SteingräberWe picked the hostel because of its proximity to the airport. On that front it did not disappoint. But the area of the hostel is very far from any activities in Guarulhos let alone São Paulo. Although with uber that problem cube solved easily. But I would recommend the hostel rather for short layovers.
The rooms were small (again better for layover than lengthy stay) but clean. At night the ACs can be quite loud (the one in front of our room was but the others not) but we addressed that so hopefully that is no issue for you.
Somehow the Trip.com booking did not make its way to the hostel which I found out because I wanted to book an extra day. Trip.com coud not fix it but the communication with the hostel went really well and the organized it with me directly.
GGuest UserGood location is convenient to get from the airport, which for me was a big plus.
The room is generally normal, in the ratio of price –quality, perhaps one of the best options. Of the downsides there are no windows and air conditioning, but if it is not principle, it is quite comfortable to live.
In general, it remained satisfied, especially given the cost.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: This is a fairly new hotel, opened in 2014, but only 13 square meters. It's a very basic Ibis style room with just a bed and a desk. The hotel is quite clean.
However, there's no refrigerator in the room. If you need to keep something cold, you can ask the front desk to store it in one of the two small refrigerators in the storage room.
Rooms facing the road can be noisy.
DDave travel expertThis motel is hostless it means that you won't see any person who opens the door or checks you in. There is a face recognition camera on the front door that works perfectly. The only disadvantage is steps after the front door. The best thing is that there is a nice coffee shop on the opposite side of the busy road
JJezza for lifeStayed here a few weeks ago and overall it was a decent, comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the location was great. They were still doing some construction in the hallways, but it wasn’t noisy during the day or at night, so it didn’t affect my sleep. Service downstairs was simple and easy.
The only minor downside is that the entrance/door is a little hard to spot at first, and the windows in my room didn’t shut properly (hopefully that’s part of what they’re fixing as renovations continue). Otherwise, good value for the area.
GGuest UserBeside the cleaning that needs more work, the place is enjoyable.
Side note: we got some stuff stolen in the dorms, pants jackets and chocolates.. so maybe make sure you lock and hide everything.
Other than that the place is amazingly located, buses restaurants and shops are on the same street. Quite safe maybe during the day ( still be careful with the phone)
NNicolasYou actually get what you pay for it. And I think that the reception is very slow. They take a very long time to check people in and he’s usually only one receptionist. It’s a decent place to stay for a couple of nights at most. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very helpful and kind.
This is my second stay here and I’ll stay again .
董董漢忠At that time, I chose this hotel mainly as a place to rest and charge the storage, but the process took a long time when I checked in (the service staff communicated not smoothly), and the number of sockets in the room was obviously not enough (in the middle of the upper and lower floors, Obviously inconvenient for people with jaws), especially up and down, but the upper and lower floors are too short. I have been bumping my head all the time. I want to lie down and rest but I have been bumping my head. I really can’t help it.
KKarolina_MartinaIt was an incredible experience. I’ve managed to make many friends there. Hosts were so helpful and understanding and they spoke English fluently. Last but not least, it was located in a good area and really close to subway stations and main attractions. Definitely recommend this place 🤍🫂✨🫱🏻🫲🏻
