Great place - everything is new and modern! Close to the train station, but you can hardly hear the trains. There is air conditioning. Everything is spotless in the room, soft towels, a good bed, excellent plumbing. Thin pillows, if that's critical for someone. You can order breakfast for 10 francs.
The receptionist was very kind. For the entire stay they give you a guest card, which gives you the right to free travel throughout the canton of Ticino on trains and buses, plus a bunch of discounts. I liked everything, unfortunately, I was there only one night.

I stayed for 2 nights. I really enjoyed it. I was in a twin room. The first night I was alone, and on the second night they assigned a nice girl as my roommate.
Breakfast was quite good, so I didn’t need to eat anywhere else in the morning.
The room was clean and tidy.
Downstairs, there was a room with lockers that can be locked.
I also recommend getting the Ticino Ticket at the reception desk – it allows you to travel around the canton for free and gives you various discounts for museums and boat rides 🥰

We love to be apart hotel style, have fun, fridge and fog . beautiful view, and super close to the center and lake, from the beach walking. And it gives free stay per day to walk public transport. We save a lot. Super recommends that hosting and we will certainly return more times.

The room is small but clean. The room is small but I personally think it is acceptable. There is a small balcony that feels good.
The customer service staff are very warm and polite. I feel comfortable and sleep well.
The restaurant downstairs is also very convenient. It is not far from the restaurant. There are also supermarkets next to it. I think the CP value here is full. I personally will come again if I have a chance.

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily.
The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

KKangNot far from the Lugano train station, there is a bus directly to the city of Lugano at the doorstep, which is quite convenient. The interior of the room is older, but it is clean and air conditioned, making it quite comfortable. Breakfast costs only 10 Swiss francs, but there are fewer choices.

JJiaweiThe location of this hotel is particularly good on the commercial street of the old town. On the first floor is the shop selling Swiss army knives. The shop is not the door of the hotel. Don’t walk through it. You can walk downhill from the train station. There is a steep slope and it is recommended to go down the mountain. It is a little tired to go up the mountain. If you have a Swiss Pass, you can take the cable car down for free. The room is very light and the decoration is very fresh. From the hotel, go to the opposite direction of the train station and quickly go to the lake. The cruise ship terminal is on the left hand side of the exit, and the pier is further a park. A hotel I like more, small and exquisite.
