This little but very clean and comfortable hotel is in the countryside, but anyway there's a free transit from the airport and back in it. Room is big and warm, air con is good, bathroom is big and there's a hot water with no limits. 100 meters away from the hotel 2-3 shops with everything you need, also 2 Chinese restaurants with good food. Also the inner yard is pretty and quiet huge! Hotel stuff is kind and friendly, but you should use a translator application to communicate:)

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The bed itself wasn't bad even though the charger couldn't work. The real issue is the bathroom/toilet/sink area. It isn't particularly unclean, but there is a very strong and stinky smell. It's really nauseous. The rooftop terrace is nice, and the people at the reception were nice and helpful. They let me check in early.

The room is excellent - it's clean and comfortable. Li Yiran at the front desk was particularly polite and very helpful! Thank you. The other two guy staff members who assisted us on the first day were also good. While the hotel does not have an elevator, they were considerate enough to assign us a room on a lower floor to accommodate our family. One suggestion for improvement in general would be to enhance English language skills among the staff to facilitate better communication for foreign guests. Overall, it was great value for money. This place was really good for short stays and solo travelling. It had clean and very nice showers which was separate for male and female travellers. The bed was comfortable and although the room was small I had enough room. Not good for travellers who have mobility issues or who aren’t able to go up and down a quite steep ladder as you get up to your bed using a ladder as it is above the rest of the room which contains a desk, wardrobe and chair. Staff were helpful and I was able to check in and out very fast. Even at night. I would stay here again

We would like to thank the hotel for your kidness. This is our first time to Beijing and we enjoyed our stay at Hi Inn Hotel. First point : Good location, 5 minutes walking ( we are with children) from Dongsi station. You can also take a bus near the hotel ( not in front of) to get to the Zoo. Baofan Hutong right next to the hotel will bring you to Wangfujing. Second point : The family room is tiny, but good enough for sleeping, it's really clean, no strange smell neither the chemical smell. We have our room cleaned up everyday, new towels and water refilled. For the price, we did not find better in Beijing. Third point: Staff do not speak english but with translator app, everything works well. My son got sick when we already checked out but the let us get into a room so he can use the Wc and rest, it was really, really kind,I can not thank them enough. They even helped me to order food for my son, such a great help. Fourth point : cheap foods are all around, when we are fed off the tourist restaurant at the Hutong tourist street, we are so happy to eat like local at restaurants near Dongsi station or just 5 minutes walking from the right of the hotel. There is also Wumart in front of Dongsi station that you can find many things. Last point : Dongsi street is lovely, clean with many trees and shop. It make us feel the Beijing people's beat, things that you can not find staying in a hotel at Wangfujing. For negatives points : like the small bathroom, the old stuffs I think that I did not pay for a 5* hotel so...I don't ask more. just u suggestion : if the staff can give customers more informations in English about how to get to landmarks nearby, it would be a huge help.

Stayed there for 1 night. Very convenient location and close to Beijing railway station just less than 10 min walk. Service is good. Even though they dont speak well in English, we managed to communicate. Outside environment is cool like mini zoo and they do have a cute corner to enjoy with complimentary tea. Room is clean. Only thing to complain was aircondition. Not working well and so humid when room was small. I will recommend to stay there and will stay again next time. Thank you 🙂

Spotless everything, including bed sheet, washroom, living room. Staff are friendly and helpful and hence I extend one more night there. Highly recommend it to other solo or family travelers

Facilities: complete. Access control system management, room door password change daily. Hygienic: In the morning, I saw the aunt very carefully taking the vacuum cleaner and cleaning the carpet in the aisle with disinfection. The place where the trash can was put was sucked several times. The two aunts were squatting on the ground and operating it. They were really careful and careful. Environment: The surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient, so don't worry about it at all. Service: I personally feel that the store's room arrangement is considered. I stayed for 4 days. I have lived with another girl. The other is to arrange a temporary stay for a day. The girl I live with often, our two work and rest are also very good, and the lights are turned off at 10 o'clock in the evening to sleep without sound.

The hotel is clean,quiet and excellent service. The shower is amazing and the bed is very comfortable. Very convenient location.
