The guesthouse is situated in a vibrant area, with direct access to the Park Front subway station from the second basement level. Exiting the elevator, you can seamlessly transfer to the subway, making both subway commuting and taxi rides incredibly convenient. Many attractions are nearby, with popular spots like the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street within walking distance. All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered.
Well-Equipped Facilities, Thoughtful Details
This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive:
- Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs.
- Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly.
Warm Service, Perfect Experience
Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations.
Summary
This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

GGuest UserOverall, the experience was fantastic. We checked in quite late, past midnight, and ran into an issue. I messaged them and received an immediate reply with a solution. The next morning, they arranged to take care of it promptly, showing great attention to guest satisfaction. First off, having a washer and dryer right in the room was incredibly convenient. It allowed us to wash and dry clothes daily, so we didn't come home with a huge pile of laundry. Secondly, the location is truly excellent; the pedestrian street is right behind the hotel. The value for money is outstanding, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Guangzhou in the future.

RRangaswamy SBest location for airport transit. The airport drop offered by the hotel is commendable. The front desk receptionist girl was very helpful in the early morning hours in arranging an alternate vehicle for us and in loading our baggage. Yet, the hotel management needs to take care of overall cleanliness and make over of the rooms and especially the front lounge.

MMCTYThe hotel staff provided excellent service. Even though there was only one front desk person on duty at night, when I broke a glass in my room, they immediately came to help. The environment was clean and hygienic, making for a very comfortable stay. The computer equipment was also great. I'll definitely be back.

SStevenJudging from the outside it looks like an old building but inside the room everything feels kinda new, the airconditioner was working well too throught few days of staying and using it throughout the night. The only way up the hotel is through the elevator so dont make the mistake of taking your baggage and going up the staircase. Overall, price was at the right point, pretty close to Chen Chan metro exit b and on the way from the metro to the hotel there is plenty of decent restaurants around, place would have been perfect if it was a little bit bigger since the table was pretty small too and not suitable for working with labtop.

MM580435****This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Uniwalk and the Xin'an Park Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. There's also a snack street nearby, perfect for satisfying any cravings. The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and the bedding felt fresh. All the disposable amenities were provided, and the front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful. The value for money here is just unbeatable!

GGuest UserThe Owners kind and friendly, event help us top up Alipay, He give us the best thing He can prepare. Recommend place to stay. From Metro Hubei exit C just walk 2building 50-70meter than turn right 30meter will find the Apartment and ask the security to Jufuyuan, they will help to the front desk at floors 17th. Dongmen Pedestrian Street is walking distance and you can find everything you want.
