AAnonymous UserThis homestay experience was so pleasant! The room is clean and warm, the layout is very tasteful, the sea view outside the window, you can see the large lawn of investment in the evening, the landlord is particularly enthusiastic. The bedding is comfortable and sleeps well all night. The details can be felt everywhere, such as the warm reading lamp on the bedside. The location is also very convenient, quiet but not remote. I have recommended it to my friends, I will definitely stay here again next time, as comfortable as going home!

PPatrick7757A fantastic place to stay where I stayed for 5nights. The check in process is seamless, the staff are fantastic, kind and helpful in every way.
Location wise, it's perfect!!! 15mins walk to the famous Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The Metro station is just below the building.
Plenty of shops and food to go around the vicinity of the property. Highly recommended.

WWoshitanlaoshiAfter making the reservation by phone, the owner warmly greeted me at the elevator entrance, which was a pleasant surprise. Upon entering the room, everything was neatly arranged, with no mess or tidiness. I was also asked to change into slippers upon entering, which was very thoughtful. The owner even personally brought me slippers and poured hot water, always ready to assist me – the service truly exceeded my expectations. The stairs, bathroom, and shower were also very clean and tidy, even the toothbrushes looked high-quality, showing the owner's dedication. At around 30 yuan, it's practically the best value for a hostel.

GGuest Userit was great as the room was very clean without a smokey smell. Besides the location is super convenient just a 2 mins walk to mrt and it is really suitable for a female solo traveller like me. The only cons for me is the room does not have well sound proof but overall I can still have a good rest.

GGuest UserHighly recommend! This hotel upgraded our room. The price was great, and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. It's super convenient for getting around, with the subway and bus stops less than 200 meters away. There are also shopping malls, pedestrian streets, wholesale markets, regular markets, a pier, and a public square nearby. The service was excellent, and the room was fully equipped with everything we needed. The superior rooms even have balconies. I forgot to take pictures!

DdidadeeThe hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is decent even though it's only once an hour. It's located right next to the Rezen Hotel, and if you walk 7-8 minutes behind the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, which is quite convenient. The complimentary breakfast needs to be claimed before 8 AM; otherwise, it's forfeited. It's just a cup of instant noodles, which is fine. Other than being a bit old, the room has no other issues.

GGuest UserEven though check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at 3 PM and still had to wait another half an hour for the room to be ready. The cleanliness was just so-so; I'm not sure if the sheets were changed as they didn't smell freshly laundered. In the afternoon, there was renovation noise from upstairs, and even on the lowest volume, the TV was very loud. The only good thing was that there was plenty of hot water for showering.

SStevenJudging from the outside it looks like an old building but inside the room everything feels kinda new, the airconditioner was working well too throught few days of staying and using it throughout the night. The only way up the hotel is through the elevator so dont make the mistake of taking your baggage and going up the staircase. Overall, price was at the right point, pretty close to Chen Chan metro exit b and on the way from the metro to the hotel there is plenty of decent restaurants around, place would have been perfect if it was a little bit bigger since the table was pretty small too and not suitable for working with labtop.
