The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to many restaurants, shopping malls, and the subway station, making it very convenient.
The room itself was okay, but the cigarette smell was extremely strong. Even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room, the odor was so bad that I could hardly sleep. If you're sensitive to smoke, this may not be the best choice. But if you're a smoker, you probably won't have any issues and may find this hotel suitable.

It's a budget hotel near West Lake (Xihu) catering for lots of local Chinese tourists. We were allocated a quiet room and we had a peaceful and good sleep for two nights. We visited two major attractions: Shui Dong Street and Xihu lake. Since it was CNY holiday in China, there were so many people and the roads were packed with cars.
The front desk ladies are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. Their service is tip top and perfectly efficient. We also met one young guy at the counter who is equally efficient. Thank you very much for your kind service.
The room is well-equipped. Rubber slippers are only provided by request. The towels are all santised and clean.
Right opposite the hotel is the morning market and just a little walk into the middle of the market you could find a small shop selling delicious wantons and shui jiao (dumplings).
The hotel is reachable by public buses#15 plus others and will stop at NanTan 南坛Bus Stop, just 50m away from the hotel.

The room faces the sea and is a sea-view room with an unbeatable view! The butler service was excellent. Since I was traveling with two young children, I frequently troubled the butler to bring things, and they always had a great attitude, were very dedicated to their service, always accommodating, and answered all our questions! This will be my top choice next time I want to see a sea view in Yangjiang!!

My overall stay was a perfect 100%! The lobby has a refined atmosphere, and the room was spacious, bright, clean, and fresh. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was nice and quiet. The toiletries were comprehensive, there was plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, paying great attention to detail. This place offers superb value for money and is my top choice for travel. I've already saved it for my next visit!

The environment here is well-maintained and the atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. The transportation is excellent, being close to Hongshan Metro Station and Shenzhen North Railway Station, which saves a lot of travel time. There's a bustling food street right outside, with shops galore and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea nearby, so daily shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. The room hardware is fully equipped; the shower has stable water pressure, and the thermostatic hot water is a breeze to use. Free drinking water is provided in the room, along with a complete set of disposable toiletries. The individual air conditioning controls temperature efficiently, the pressure-free mattress improves sleep quality, the lobby tea is sweet and refreshing, and the internet is stable and smooth throughout.

Highly recommend the 7 Days Inn Select (Dongcheng Wanda Plaza branch)! The location is fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza. You can just step downstairs and you're in a bustling commercial area, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The smart facilities worked well, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Great value for money, definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations.

The store took the initiative to ask us about the time of arrival in the afternoon, and told us the room number and password. The positioning given is also very accurate. Our family of four, the older child is already an adult, so we need 2 rooms. During the Spring Festival, their price is still very reasonable. The store gave a washing machine, a room without a washing machine, all told by WeChat in advance. During the Spring Festival, all the gourmet shops downstairs are open, and there is no need to take a taxi to eat. This location is convenient to Hongzui Cruise or Old Street. Go to Zhanjiang
The North Station also takes 19 minutes.
Special thanks, we left in the morning to catch the high-speed rail. The child's headset fell in the room, and the store quickly found it for us and helped me express it home.
Traveling to Zhanjiang in winter is a good place!

RRia AFGThis place was perfect. Very spacious, with a beautiful view and a great location. It was also very close to an Afghan restaurant, which was really nice. There’s also a big shopping mall right next to the hotel.
The only issue was that I don’t think the hotel was very clean, as there was dust in a lot of places. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

📍 Location: Superb! Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇
🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean.
🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays!
🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10!
Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨

LLitingfengooThis is my third time staying at this hotel, and my experience has consistently been excellent, making it my natural first choice for accommodation when traveling. This stay once again left me thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised.
The hotel's location is a significant advantage, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's right next to Metro Line 3 downstairs, so taking the subway to various parts of the city, popular attractions, and business districts is very quick. Daily commutes or getting around when sightseeing is completely hassle-free. Just a 200-meter walk takes you to a pedestrian overpass, next to which is a bus stop with multiple routes, offering a rich and interconnected public transport network. Walking about 300 meters further brings you to the Wanlinghui commercial district, surrounded by shopping malls, shops, and restaurants. Shopping, entertainment, and dining are all easily accessible nearby, with excellent amenities.
While the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, the surrounding dining scene is incredibly diverse. You'll find all sorts of local snacks, specialty light meals, and full-service restaurants everywhere. You can choose to dine freely according to your taste and schedule, which is flexible and convenient, so there's no need to worry about it at all.
The establishment has 24-hour on-site staff, so any needs are met promptly, providing a great sense of security throughout my stay. The front desk team's service attitude is exceptional; they are warm, sincere, and efficient. This time, I booked a twin room, and the staff, knowing I was a returning guest, kindly upgraded me to a smart voice-controlled room for free. The room has an 'Xiaodu' smart device, making voice control of various facilities simple, fun, convenient, and novel to use. When I mentioned my preference for a room I'd stayed in before, the hotel even reserved it for me and quickly showed me the room in person and processed the check-in. The whole process was smooth and efficient, with a clear sense of thoughtfulness evident at every turn.
The overall quality of the guest room was, as always, outstanding. The hygiene was impeccable; the entire room was spotlessly clean, with no stains or clutter in any corner, creating a fresh and pleasant environment. The bed in the room was of excellent quality, with soft, skin-friendly fabrics and a mattress that was just the right balance of soft and firm, providing an exceptional lying experience. After a busy day, it was the perfect place to unwind, and I slept soundly and comfortably every night. The housekeeping auntie was also very polite, always greeting me warmly when we met, showing warmth in every small detail of the service. The room layout is well-planned, with ample space that doesn't feel cramped. The basic facilities are well-maintained, and coupled with smart devices, they further enhance the living comfort. From thoughtfully reserving a room and a surprise room upgrade to the warm and attentive daily service, every detail felt incredibly heartwarming.
After multiple stays, it's clear that the hotel consistently upholds its quality and treats every guest with care. The excellent location, convenient transportation, clean and comfortable rooms, warm and attentive service, plus the real benefits and personalized arrangements, all contribute to great value for money. Overall, based on all aspects of my experience, this is a hotel that makes you feel secure and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends who are traveling, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

HHduoxiaoduoThis is a new hotel, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere – in the hallways and rooms. They even had empty rooms with open doors, presumably to air them out. I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids.
The hardware facilities are pretty good, but the service is terrible. When we checked in, we found the window wouldn't close, and there was no screen either. The front desk refused to change our room and sent a cleaning lady to fix it. She told us all the windows were like that, which was a blatant lie. When I pointed out that a window on the other side *did* close, she fell silent and stopped claiming 'they're all like that.' She still wouldn't change our room, suggesting she could tie the window shut with a rope instead. She even said she didn't think it was a big deal and we could just stay there.
It was 36 degrees Celsius, the window wouldn't close, and there were huge mosquitoes. We insisted on changing rooms – I think that's a pretty basic request, don't you? After a standoff that lasted over ten minutes, the cleaning lady wouldn't even let us sit on the bed, saying, 'If you change rooms, I'll have to clean this one again.'
Overall, there's absolutely no service consciousness, they're dishonest, and they don't solve problems – the service is a complete sham. If the front desk had known the window was broken and proactively offered a room change, we wouldn't have stood in that room waiting for so long. And if the cleaning lady hadn't lied to us, claiming all the windows were like that, and simply said there were no rooms available at such a late hour, I might have actually thought this hotel was decent.

RRASHED AL HASANI had a transit stay in Guangzhou and booked a room at Jiazhou Shishang Apartment. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made it a practical choice for a short layover. The hotel also provided airport pick-up and drop-off service, making transportation easier and stress-free.
The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, though the facilities were fairly basic. The staff were helpful, but communication in English could sometimes be a bit challenging.
Overall, it is a good value-for-money option for a short transit stay. However, for a longer or more luxurious stay, you might consider other accommodation options.
