Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, there were aspects I truly appreciated, as well as areas where I believe improvements could be made. Firstly, I was very impressed by the variety of dining options available. The hotel offers numerous restaurants, including a thoughtful addition of a halal restaurant. The fresh fruit selection was also excellent and much appreciated. However, I found the hotel's distance from the metro station to be a bit inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer not to walk or who are traveling with heavy luggage. Additionally, I encountered a minor issue during my stay. I occasionally detected a faint smell of smoke in my room, seemingly coming from an adjacent room or the hallway. This somewhat affected the comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel can further enhance its management of smoking in public areas and guest rooms to ensure a fresher, healthier environment for all guests. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to experiencing even better facilities and services in the future.

Given its location, this hotel was never going to be cheap. Hotel prices in Harbin, especially on Central Street, get pretty ridiculous in winter, so that's understandable. However, if you're particular about cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was quite clean, and the bed was huge. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service. The pillows were especially comfortable! It's also very close to Central Street and the morning market, so walking around is super convenient. The only downside is that the underfloor heating in the room gets really, really hot. I woke up drenched in sweat after sleeping, which is tough for someone from the south to handle – it was so hot I couldn't even sleep well! 😂 Next time I visit, I'd love to experience the hospitality of Harbin people again. 👍🏻

I rarely write such detailed reviews, but this trip to Harbin, especially the arrangements in Xuegu, was truly a highlight. This guesthouse we booked was perfect for enjoying the snow. Just 30 meters from the entrance, there's a huge snowy field, and behind it, a mountain for hiking to see rime ice. The guesthouse is newly renovated but has no unpleasant smell. The room was spacious, very clean, and soundproofing was excellent; even with fireworks going off outside, I couldn't hear a thing, so I slept wonderfully for both nights. For such an affordable price, breakfast was included. The sweet potato porridge was delicious and fragrant, and there were also eggs, steamed buns, pickles, melon seeds, sugar tangerines, and frozen pears – all you can eat. Plus, there were free fireworks displays in the evening! The landlady was incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions and even providing us with lots of travel tips. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time during our two days in Xuegu. I hope to come back again and have already recommended it to my friends!

The room was clean and hygienic, with excellent heating, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The bus stop is right downstairs, and it's just a one-minute walk to Sofia Square. Across the street is Daoli Market, making its location superb and offering great value for money. The owner is also very easy to communicate with. I've been booking this guesthouse for years when taking my child to school. There's a good reason why they've been in business for so long; it's truly fantastic! 👍

The location is superb, right by the airport, so I could just head out of the hotel and check in for my flight. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe. The place was very clean, and the front desk staff was so welcoming. I got a bit lost and called them, and they patiently guided me. It's a bit like a hostel, though you can constantly hear the airport announcements.

For just over 300 [yuan], you get a loft with three double beds, complimentary breakfast, and hand warmers, plus a private parking lot in this area. It's an unbeatable deal, being only a 15-minute walk from Central Avenue and Saint Sophia Cathedral. What more could you ask for? The best part is the incredibly warm and friendly service; everyone was so kind. While not luxurious, it's truly comfortable, just like being at home. I even became friends with the owner! I'll definitely be back, haha! 😁

Clean, hygienic, and a great environment with a super large bed. For your trip to Harbin, Ruideng Hotel is a solid choice. It's convenient for electric vehicle users with nearby charging and parking. Plus, there's a food street downstairs and many malls to explore for shopping and dining.
