Macau Hotel S

The room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area. If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.

The front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!
SAN TUNG FONG COMMERCIAL INN NORTH WING

Overall , we loved our stay here. The hotel seems new or at least newly renovated (not sure) and the staff are friendly, the room was clean, the location is great! A few minutes to Ruins and Senado Square, lots of bus stops and restaurants nearby. The bed is comfortable. Toiletries are provided except for Q-tips. Good wifi as well. We took a taxi going to this hotel as we arrived at 9pm and we did not know how to navigate the bus system yet, the fare from airport to hotel was 122 MOP. The taxi fare to the HK Bus Terminal is 100 MOP. Pro Tip: If you are taking the Ferry to HK, make sure to communicate it in Chinese (written, verbal, screenshots) to the taxi driver so you don’t end up in the bus terminal like us! 😂 It would be nice if the toilets have bidet. And cutleries should be provided or at least a teaspoon for coffee. They provide slippers, small bottles of water, coffee mugs, and water kettle for the guest but no coffee. They also have hair dryer but no cloth irons. What I most loved here are the socket outlets and USB charging points provided! They have lots in the room so you can charge all your devices at the same time! We would love to stay here again as it was affordable and have exceeded our expectations.
Deluxe Hostel (Vila Hou Va)

You get what you pay. It definitely has a hostel feeling, not a hotel. Kind off like living in a small apartment in HK or similarly. The eating place is right next to it, literally right next to. And is open even at night time.
PENSÃO ELEGANTE (BARRA)

I've been staying at this hotel for almost a week, and overall, I've been very impressed with the service. The receptionists have been incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I was disappointed with one of the housekeeping staff members. She was a Filipina woman, white skin, &. A long hair ,I asked her for some shower gel, conditioner, and tissue, as I was running out. She told me she would give them to me later in the lobby, which I found to be unprofessional. As a guest, it's not my responsibility to go to the lobby to ask for basic amenities; it's the housekeeping staff's responsibility to provide them. Additionally, she didn't take out my trash for a week or knock to see if I needed anything. It was a disappointing experience, and if I were the manager, I would have serious concerns about her performance.she doesn’t look happy with her job & very unprofessional.

PENSÃO FAMÍLIA (RUA DAS ESTALAGENS)

It's an OK place but I'd personally pay more money for a better hotel next time. Rooms & space is exaggeratedly small even for Macau. The front desk service is... not great(no English, can't call you a taxi, not friendly, etc...). There were people smoking in the room next to us even though it wasn't allowed(we booked a non-smoking room) & front desk seemed to do nothing. The door beeps for some reason when you leave it open 10 seconds - so if neighbors come back late you'll hear that. Room service - you can get your room 'cleaned' but it just involves getting your towels changed & soap refilled - they don't even change sheets or sweep the floor. They provide no laundry service & can't seem to recommend a place that does (Macau seems to have a serious shortage of laundry places). It is VERY clean though, well organized for what it is. There is also luggage storage which came in handy & they let us check in early. Beds were hard - but not ridiculously so (I prefer a hard bed). Just the negatives outweigh the positives.

Accommodation is relatively cheap. You do get what you paid for. It comes with power plugs, a light at the side of the bed, and the toilet also has shampoo/body wash and hair dryer provided. Though there was a non smoking policy, I could sense smoke every single day (though this isn’t their fault). Room was kept fairly clean as well. Just note that there’s a need to climb a few flights of stairs, so it might be inconvenient if you are bringing a huge suitcase.
HOTEL CINCO OCEANOS

Stayed with my family and the place is very convenient. Tourist spots are just nearby and also public transportation. They also change the towels, toiletries, sleepers and take the trash every single day.
