AAnonymous UserThe room was great, exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very nice, providing excellent and enthusiastic service. The space was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Plus, it had a window for ventilation, which is great for air quality, as many hotels in Macau don't have windows. Late check-out was also a plus. There's a restaurant downstairs and even a massage place. It was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍
KKatarzyna LThe hotel is located right in the center of the old town, which makes it very convenient—most attractions are within walking distance. The view from the room overlooking the city is definitely a nice bonus.
The staff speak English and are very helpful, which made the stay much smoother. There’s also a free luggage storage option, so you can easily leave your bags after check-out without any hassle.
That said, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t fully match the photos in terms of quality. However, we chose one of the cheapest options in Macau for a weekend stay, so we weren’t expecting anything luxurious. Overall, it’s a practical choice if location matters more than comfort.
AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.
Yyoyo 15Room is tiny, some rooms are next to reception which can be noisy. Somebody used the microwave in the middle of the night 😔. Price was good. Aunties are friendly. Make sure you have 100 HKD / mop/ RMB for depot which you'll get back. Also they need to see the little slip which you get at Macao immigration so don't lose it. Would stay again only if a room is available on the upper floor away from the reception. Location is amazing down a little lane with traditional shops and close to all the tourist sites.
AAnonymous UserI stayed hwre for 3 nights. Glad i wad happy to still check in just padt midnight with a manned front desk. 100MOP deposit is required; CASH only. Rooms were decent and larger than I anticipated; coming from HK. Rooms were cleaned and AC was excellent. Windows faces the sky airwell and other room windows but able to see the sky to check the weather. Able to store luggage near reception although i didnt use. Plenty of local restaurants within walk distance and a McD and conveninence store at each end within 5 mins walk.
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied, had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. The environment is beautiful, safe, and quiet, with no noise at all. I absolutely love this wonderful hotel!
LLvyanhuanleChoosing this hotel for my business trip was a brilliant decision. The lobby is grand, and the room is spacious and bright. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing guaranteed a great night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave us game tokens for the claw machines. The location is superb, right above the Ponte 16 bus station. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Macau.

巴巴昆The room is a bit small, and the wooden bathroom door constantly creaks when opened and closed, which could be a problem for light sleepers. There's also a small gap next to the bed, so a short person, elderly individual, or child could potentially roll off in their sleep if not blocked by pillows 🤣. Otherwise, the location is decent; attractions don't seem too far, but the roads are either difficult to navigate or there are many small alleys 😂. However, the front desk staff are quite nice, and the foreign lady who checked me in on the first day was very pretty ❤️.
HHututuAfter much consideration, I finally chose this hotel in Macau, mainly because it's very close to the Border Gate when arriving at night. To my surprise, the overall environment was quite good, with everything you need nearby. They even upgraded us to a family room for free, and all the amenities were available. What really stood out was the service; even if you don't speak Cantonese, there's no need to worry, as everyone was very enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThis hotel is super close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Dominic's Church, and the Cathedral. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacies, and jewelry stores nearby. Overall, it's good value for money. The room has a fridge, water, disposable slippers, and the toothpaste and toothbrushes are of good quality. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
