It is a new and clean hotel. It is around 10min walking distance from Ruins of St Paul. Great location to visit main tourist attractions.
The rooms is spacy and amenities are clean.
The reception is welcoming and they soeak good English.
There is no heating but you can get an electric heater fan from the reception.
My room had windows that don’t open.
The hotel is in a very good location just walking distance from grand Lisboa. Its also very close to a few bus stops which allowed for easy travel around Macau. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a triple room at no extra cost. Comfortable and nice enough for a night or two, would maybe feel a bit cramped if you planned a longer sta
I do not know why it took me so long to truly discover this side of Macau. First off, this hotel is located within walking distance from Senado Square/Ruins of St Paul. It is located on a street where there are many Filipinos. There are two Filipino supermarkets and a Filipino takeaway store. It is also close to the main road where a bus stop for the route going to the airport. There are several stores nearby. You can even walk to the terminal where you can catch a ferry to Zhuhai (mainland China). I would definitely stay here again. Front desk people are warm and helpful. The room itself has two bottles of water, toiletries, water kettle, phone, safety deposit box, hangers, TV, slippers. Love it! The only thing I wish is for the toilet to have a bidet. Otherwise, it's perfect!
Room is Clean and tidy (although it’s a bit tiny), trust to be newly renovated for not long. Location is pretty good, at the intersection of 2 main roads. Convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are all available nearby.
The Only and the biggest disadvantage is about the bed mattress. It’s really too hard, feel like sleeping on the floor. Hope they could improve this.
The hotel is very easy to find. It is by the road and near bus stations. However during my stay the wifi was horrible and it was very annoying. The staff tried their best. I'm sure they've fixed the issue by now.
My luck was truly in this time! I encountered a handsome guy and a beautiful lady at the front desk who provided incredibly thoughtful service. My personal charger wasn't working in the room, so the handsome front desk staff member (I believe he was on the 13th shift) generously lent me his own power bank. The room itself was very clean. It was a corner room, and honestly, everything was perfect except for a bit of street noise in the mornings.
**Facilities:** A little dated, perhaps, but very clean. The lobby also has a water dispenser with both hot and cold water.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless.
**Location:** Very convenient for dining out. It's only a twenty-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, and not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's either.
**Service:** Truly exceptional! ❤️
This was by far the best stay we had in Macau.
For its price, I can say I was surprised.
Service was good, reception spoke English and were nice.
Room was clean.
We were very near to a walking street
Overall good!
The Grand Three-Star Hotel is tucked away in an alley, boasting an excellent location surrounded by amazing food just a few steps away. It's a great value-for-money hotel, highly recommended. I'd definitely choose it again for my next trip.
However, a heads-up: absolutely avoid the Tianxiangyuan dessert shop shown in the pictures, which is diagonally opposite the hotel. They charge in RMB, not MOP, and when I questioned the owner afterward, she was incredibly rude, claiming it was her 'house rule.' Don't fall for their scam.
The front desk staff were quite cold and indifferent, but the hotel's location is excellent. The airport bus drops you off right at the hotel, and there's a night market downstairs on Saturdays and Sundays. However, the room felt cold in winter due to no heating, and it was very damp. Room 202 specifically had standing water in the bathroom, making it look dirty. On the plus side, the room was cleaned very well every day, and the hotel was very efficient at replying to emails 👍🏻.
The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay in this hotel. It’s just 8-10 mins walk from Senado Square, it’s quite and convenient. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and very friendly too. They always greet and smile each time they see us, which made us more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book and stay with them again in the future.
MMs. VSThe front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!
GGuest UserClean and big room for a comfortable stay in Macau peninsula. You can walk to Senado square, the downtown area and the Wynn/MGM casinos.
The ladies at the reception have been very nice and professional. Book ahead and online for better rates.

WWaterfish1227Location: After clearing customs, it's a straight ten-minute walk. There's a bus stop nearby, and within a minute's walk, you'll find two supermarkets and several restaurants. It's very convenient yet quiet.
I'd read descriptions saying the room was only 12 square meters, but it was actually larger than expected. They've made excellent use of all the space, with many hidden compartments. There's space under the bed for luggage, and the bedside table slides, so you can push it under the bed when not in use. The windowsill, over three meters long, has a soft cushion, perfect for sitting or placing items. A desk, bookshelf, safe, and mini-fridge are all included.
Check-in at the front desk was smooth. Sarah and James were efficient and always ready to answer any questions.

MManmanquanshiniThe hotel is located on Almeida Ribeiro (San Ma Lo), about a 10-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are convenient bus stops downstairs. Right next to it is Rua de Cinco de Outubro, a street with many unique old shops and local tea restaurants, making it a great place to experience local life.
The hotel room isn't large, and it gets a bit crowded once you open your luggage. However, the cleanliness is good, and basic toiletries are provided. For just over 300 MOP, it's excellent value for money in this area, and I believe the price is usually even lower.
