I was so touched! Right after I got off the high-speed train, the inn owner was already waiting for me by the roadside in his car. Since cars can't enter the ancient city gate, the owner switched to an electric scooter and continued to take me to the inn, free of charge. The proprietress helped me carry my luggage to the second floor, which I felt really bad about, but was deeply moved by! I absolutely love the style of this room. After check-in, the proprietress grabbed a map and meticulously explained tips for exploring Pingyao Ancient City and important details to note, making everything very clear. I love Shanxi; I felt such attentive care here. When it was time to leave, the owner offered to drive me to the high-speed train station again. I felt embarrassed and decided to leave early and take a taxi to the station myself, then informed the owner via WeChat. He immediately asked if I had gotten into the car yet, offering to drive me if I hadn't. Oh, I was so moved! I told him I had really gotten into a car and didn't need him to drive, wishing his business prosperity and continued success! For anyone planning a trip to Pingyao Ancient City, choose this place; it's very reliable, you won't go wrong!

Taking the high-speed train from Taiyuan South, it's a 31-minute direct ride to the ancient city. A smooth bus ride on route 3 takes you to the South Gate, where the majestic 'Four-Province Thoroughfare' city tower immediately transports you back to the Ming and Qing dynasties. I checked into Yunshu Inn, and to my delight, the owner, Mr. Liu, very thoughtfully upgraded me to a Ming and Qing style room in Jinxiu Tangyuan. He also proactively provided a map and explained the attractions, showing great attention to detail. Staying right in the heart of the ancient city, exploring, eating, enjoying the sights and the light show, everything felt convenient and smooth. Every step was pure bliss. I usually never leave a review, but I wanted to share that the people whom work here are very kind! I arrived in the middle of the night and they suggested to pick me up from the trainstation. Upon arrival I received several free items (toothbrush, flipflops, sleeping mask etc). There are clean towels that you can use, soap/shampoo is also present. The room was very clean and the public area is very big. I was travelling alone but I saw that there were many games and options to watch tv etc. When asking for help for which bus to take, they offered to being me to the nearest busstation by car. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you for the kindness and all the help!

The environment here is fantastic! The decor is super luxurious, and the hygiene is top-notch. The service is also very attentive, and they even offer equipment rentals. It's incredibly close to the main scenic spots. This time, I didn't make reservations, so I couldn't visit the Yungang Grottoes and the Hanging Temple, but next time I'm in Datong, I'll definitely stay here again!

I’m honestly speechless! The host upgraded me to a suite without me even asking—it was such an incredible gesture. He speaks enough English to help with anything you need and is genuinely one of the kindest people I've met. Both he and his son even ran out to the street to catch me when they saw I was walking in the wrong direction! They truly have hearts of gold. As for the stay, everything was spotless. The bathroom has a seated toilet and the shower has great pressure and hot water. Even though Pingyao was close to zero degrees, I stayed perfectly warm. Also, this is easily the most exotic and beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The interior design is just stunning!

一進酒店，就能感覺到這裏環境特別好。大堂裝修得很有格調，燈光柔和温馨，讓人瞬間就放鬆下來。走廊乾淨整潔，沒有一絲雜亂，還擺放着一些綠植，增添了不少生機。 我住的房間更是讓我驚喜。空間寬敞明亮，佈置得十分温馨。床鋪軟硬適中，被子和枕頭都超級舒服，睡在上面就像陷進了雲朵裏，每晚我都睡得特別香。房間的採光也很好，白天陽光透過窗户灑在床上，心情都變得格外舒暢。而且房間的衞生做得非常到位，各個角落都一塵不染，完全沒有那種久住的陳舊感。衞生間也很乾凈，洗漱用品質量也不錯，用起來特別安心。 除了環境，老闆的服務更是沒得説。從我們到店的那一刻起，老闆就熱情地迎接我們，幫忙提行李，還詳細地給我們介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩景點、美食餐廳。在我們入住期間，老闆總是主動詢問我們的需求，有什麼問題都能第一時間幫我們解決。有一天我們遊玩回來比較晚，老闆還貼心地給我們準備了熱湯，讓我們在疲憊的旅途中感受到了家的温暖。 這次在[酒店名稱]的入住體驗真的太棒了，環境好，老闆的服務更是無可挑剔。強烈推薦給來[城市名稱]旅遊的朋友們，相信你們也會和我一樣愛上這家酒店！

This place lives up to its name. ψ (｀∇´)ψ is a studio apartment-style room with convenient access to scenic spots and easy takeout! Maybe it's new? It's quite clean. It has all the amenities you could imagine, and even disposable towels, bath towels, toiletries, and toilet seats are all included! The bathroom has a washing machine, and the closet has hangers, so even a quick wash is enough. There's a knife-cut noodle shop right next to the door, and you can order takeout right from your room. The door has a code, and takeout can go in the elevator. The only thing is a 100 yuan deposit, but it's refunded quickly.

Highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with impeccable service. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room was fully equipped, and most importantly, it was super clean with no unpleasant odors. The bathroom had a well-designed separate shower and toilet. The location is also excellent, right next to shopping areas and transportation hubs, making it extremely convenient. I stayed here for several days and slept soundly every night. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again!
