-Cleanliness was perfect! My room and other rooms I saw were perfectly clean. The corridors, common area, showers, toilets and powder room were perfectly clean. -Front desk was welcoming and served lemon water upon check in. -Facilities were nice. There are powder rooms at every corner so guests don’t have to walk all the way to the three toilets and three showers which felt like a maze. Laundry, dryer and garment steamer are available but they might need a china number to access unless you can pay the staff to pay it for you and there’s a laundry drying area at the verandah. There is a fridge and two microwave at the common area. I love their lemon water dispenser at the lobby. -Amenities wise, towels, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush have to be purchased from the vending machines in their showers, but shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are free. Several cold and hot water dispensers are around and paper cups can be found in the shower, kitchen and powder rooms. -Location wise, there’s many food eateries throughout the whole building (one very affordable eatery opens 24/7) and many more at the streets around the building. There are two MRTs was about 10mins walk away. -Only drawback was that the air conditioner in my room was not cold at all, even after the staff adjusted the temperature from their system. I asked two other guests and they said the same. Opening the door like some other guests made my room less stuffy but my corridor was at the end corner so it was not as cold as the central corridors. The common room was also not cold at all but not hot either. Overall, it was okay and bearable, not stuffy, just not cold. Showering cold helps a lot too. I still slept comfortably at night without blankets and the room was slightly cold during mornings. Price wise, can’t complain since my priority is cleanliness, privacy and price only. But one person said their room was too cold, and another one said their room became cold after the staff adjusted the temperature, so maybe it depends what room you get/negotiate. -Photos of the window room have mirrors but mine didn’t have it, sadly. -Price wise, totally worth it. Can’t meet service this perfect at such low price elsewhere. Would definitely come back!

This is the best hostel I’ve ever visited so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the ambiance where I can enjoy my long stay. I work remotely and this hostel facilitates me to work comfortably. I made a lot of friends here as they are so excited to meet foreigner like me and we did a lot of cultural and language exchange. I’d definitely recommend people to stay in this hostel 🤩 I had a great time!

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

The room environment is nice and smart, and there is free laundry and drying service. It is also close to the city station and West Lake. The counter is simple and easy to handle, and the cleaning lady is also very nice.

The hotel and location is great. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. HOWEVER!! The restaurants and bars arround the hotel cause a LOT of noise. At night, drunk people get super loud in the streets and live performances from arround the bars cause a lot of noise! If you want a peaceful sleep then don't bother booking this hotel. It is a great hotel and good value for money but the noise from around the hotel is too much.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The location is very close to Mrt Station Pengbu exit C. ( only 1 stop from Hangzhou East Railway station. Can reach Pengbu from line 1 or 4) You only need to walk less than 5 min to reach hotel. This is more like a studio apartment, without receptionist. So, you better contact hotel befor arrival. Hotel will provide information about building ( there are several buildings, in the apps it's stated 2nd building, but we got 3rd building), room number and password to open the door. Facilities are complete, only no TV. The washing machine is good, also serve as dryer. You can also ask for room cleaning. . If I come again to Hangzhou, will stay here again.

I have to praise the service of Home Inn Select, which is really unparalleled. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the full enthusiasm of the staff. The front desk receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the check-in procedure was efficient and fast. He also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding food attractions. During the stay, if I encountered any problems, the staff always responded and solved them properly in the first time. The room service is also very thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and soft, which makes people sleep well all night. ,

The location is great. The room is clean and has plenty of storage space. There is soap in the bathroom and shower gel in the shower room. There is a water dispenser, but please be careful!! I had diarrhea after drinking room temperature water on the last day!!! Fortunately, the sister at the front desk understood my situation and postponed my check-out time by one hour.

Clean and comfortable bed and shower, has basic amenities that is sufficient for a solo traveller and short stay. However they do not provide bottled water daily during housekeeping and when I asked at the front desk they said it was chargeable at additional cost, which is rare for a hotel in China. Location is near Wulin street and west lake.

A hotel located nearby the entrance of west gate. Below the hotel is the restaurant any in house guest will get 20% discount. Food is a bit pricy but after discount its average. Affordable but not cheap. Room is big, get free upgraded by trip.com rewards. Owner is very helpful, she even help to book bus tickets from wuzhen to shanghai. Appreciated that a lot. Overall good experience in this hotel. Will definitely come back in the future.

It was beyond my expectation. It was much better than the Haiyou in Shanghai. It was clean and modern. The little robot was also very good. The service attitude was very professional and patient. They took the initiative to contact and ask for room arrangement before check-in. The price was also very reasonable. I will stay here again next time.

For those who come to Hangzhou on business, the first thing they look at must be the geographical location. Very good. This is the first time I left the train station in Hangzhou and checked into a hotel directly without taking a taxi. The hotel is very clean and tidy, very cost-effective, and has all the necessary supplies and facilities. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou, I am satisfied!

Beds are really comfortable, great location, near subway and west lake. Staff are helpful and speak English. Rooms are really clean, so are bathrooms and really nice social areas. However, the toilet cubicles themselves always smelt like cigarette smoke... and the hostel itself is not very social... hard to make friends or maybe that's just China's youth hostel culture, everyone just keeps to themselves and the social events.... well they are not social at all...

I have mixed feelings about this one. The staff and services were alright. I mean you always have to keep in mind how much you are paying. By the ways, the rate at the counter (direct booking) is 150 RMB a night. It can get you slightly late check out etc unlike online booking. The location is okay. Depends where and what you wish to do. I came purely for travel. Lots of local Chinese restaurants in the area behind the hotel. I have to say 90 percent of the guests look sad and unfriendly. Most are from the middle east and don't even smile or appear friendly. So the place lacks vibe due to all these fat pigs in the lobby with their agents. The cheapest room you pick will most likely be on the 8th floor (same as where breakfast is served). Breakfast was okay. I wasn't amused. I mean taste wise nothing memorable but countwise variety. The carpets that are often mentioned in reviews are actually noticeable. Stained from ages. The rooms are kind of run down too. But they clean timely, toilets do have a health faucet and hot water. AC is old school, bed about average but might be worth the price. Although later on I did find something slightly nicer for the same price. But I won't rate this as a bad place. A day or two is going to be alright.

Old hotel. Some room have bad smell. I’m coming with friend at day for 20 minutes, change dress, for after go, from reception start **** mind. What they meaning 2 girl come, what the problem. After from reception girl stay and waiting with my friend together at room.

Not a bad hotel with a location very close to Yiwu Market, but they need to fix the drainage from the sewer, apparently they use an outdated system, the smell is unbearable, as if there was a smell in a public toilet. I had to close all the drains and buy a freshener. to freshen up the room. It is better to keep the windows closed from the smell of street food, from noise and from mosquitoes. I restarted one day and that was enough. This is the first time I have seen such a smelly hotel in China.

I came here on a business trip. The overall price/performance ratio of the hotel is good. The facilities are complete. The decoration is relatively old, but the hygiene is quite clean. I stayed here for 5 consecutive days on a business trip. It was OK

The room we stayed is clean and comfortable and spacious. We even got free breakfast buffet during our stay. So far everything is good. You have a lot of restaurant options nearby hotel. Very convenient.

It is an excellent hotel in the heart of the international market near district 2 ... sparkling cleanliness with amazing staff...my two days booking ended with 12 days in split booking... free breakfast and free laundry service available... BEST.... hotel
