The landlord responded promptly, friendly and patient. During the period, the wifi in the room needed to be repaired, and the landlord also actively helped us contact the master to repair it on site; he replied to me at more than ten o'clock in the evening on how to use the projector, thank you very much🙏 Disadvantages: The towels are not clean, and I don't know what the shampoo in the bathroom is. 來了很多次了，非常值得住的青旅。因為實習工作經常出外勤，每次回杭州公司都住這邊。 先説優點 位置非常好，離地鐵站很近，而且離西湖也很近，雖然我不是來玩的，但是西湖很近就可以隨便遛過去。去西湖隨便遛遛的幸福感不是哪裡都有。 整個青旅感覺很正規很乾凈。而且公共大廳很寬敞，可以安安靜靜看電腦看視頻，窗外風景也真的很好很好。 房間裏也有廁所和洗澡間對女生確實比較方便。 也有缺點 房間內有廁所和洗澡間這個事兒，如果室友用的比較晚，睡覺容易被打擾，可能反而房間沒衞生間的更安靜，但是進出開關門也會有點動靜。我睡着就啥也聽不見，就無所謂。 洗漱用品要自己買或者自己帶。但是他們店家也有賣的，價格還挺良心的。 反正像我們這種老是出外勤，時間不定地點不定隨時隨地出差的見習，在杭州根本住不了幾天，租房太虧，酒店太貴。如果你們也跟我一樣，就住青旅吧，認真推薦。

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The room modern and nice and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hike. The owner could not speak english, but everything worked out well, check-in was quick and he sent us the restaurant menu translated in english. A minus point with the room, our room was not really isolated, so it was quite loud because we could hear your neighbours, people on the floor and the cleaning lady in the early morning. The breakfast and the food was really really good! We tried the spring rolls, tofu salad, eggplant, green beans and everything was really good. Breakfast was also really nice, buffet style with a good variety and they also had instant coffee. The service and friendliness of the staff can be improved, one of the cooking ladies was nice but the other one was a but grumpy. A group of western people also wanted to dine in the restaurant were sent away, although the restaurant was not busy at all. If you have a car, you can park it at the free parking lot and then it is a 3-5 min walk uphill to the hotel. Overall the view from the room and the the price for the value was good, even though next time a would book a hotel directly surrounded by nature.

WoW! What an amazing place to stay! I took my wife to the Island for her Birthday and was looking for an affordable and cute place. QingWu Fisherman's Hostel did not disappoint! The owner and his girlfriend were so kind and welcoming. He helped me find the correct Ferry station to travel to the Shengshan island and gave us tons of information and advice for living and traveling on the island. Like taking the bus instead of taxis because the taxis are very expensive. The Hostel also has a bar and restaurant area that is extremely cute and pleasant to be at. We ate Lunch and Dinner at the Hostel every day because the food was absolutely divine. My wife does not eat spicy food and the host was kind enough to alter the dishes. The room itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning had already been put on and the room was nice and cool considering the soaring heat outside. We spent most mid-days in the room to escape the heat and take a nap. The evenings we spent on the deck watching the sunset and drinking beer and wine. It truly felt like home. If I go back to the island, I'll definitely stay there again. 1000% recommend.

This hotel in Hangzhou is so good. We’ve had an amazing experience. We stayed there for 3 nights. First of all, they had a very warm welcome. All of the receptionists were helpful and extremely caring. The rooms were cleaned and the toiletries were replenished every day. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot for the great service. I’m attaching some photos were you can also see how caring they were. When we checked out they treated us with tea and gave some wet wipes with alcohol. 💗
