A comfortable stay in the centre of the city and with affordable on-site parking, though the car park is quite small there is plenty of free on street parking and the area felt very safe for leaving your car parked on the street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was a good size. There are vending machines in reception and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel, with a bottle of beer only €2.50. The city itself doesn’t offer a great deal but from the hotel is only a short walk to the Dom and many of the sights.

The electricity supply fell three times at night when I mean, I wanted to make water cookers. The lights were out, the frigo was out, the PC was the only device I used. There is no foen or microwave? Also, the pension network system did not work at my check-in and I paid the fee in cash for one night even though the travel website had already cashed it. Raetcelled?

Very nice and comfortable hotel for a short stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Good value for money.

Cool, friendly staff and relatively modern room, although there is no lift but just stepping up to 2nd floor.

You can reach the hotel with both car and tram line 9 from the city centre. After 3 stations you can make supplies/eating in a shopping centre. The automatic prices for drinks/snacks are fair, the public areas and rooms are lightning and clean. I welcomed the cleaning staff especially friendly.

Für meine Zwecke war das Hotel recht praktisch gelegen, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es nicht sehr bequem zu erreichen.Daa Zimmer war unnötig groß (entsprechend leer), der Teppichboden verdient Erneuerung. Auf den Sonderwunsch Nichtraucherzimmer wurde eingegangen, die ruhige Lage war durch schreiende Kinder im Zimmer genau gegenüber leider nicht gegeben. Auf meine Anfragen dazu wurde im Vorfeld nur sehrunbestimmt reagier. Der Check-in Zeitraum ist sehr eingegrenzt und zunächst war auch bei meiner Anreise niemand erreichbar. Die Betreiberin kam dann aber, als ich sie erreicht habe, sehr schnell ”herüber”. Ohne Begrüßung und etwas abweisend/lieblos erledigte sie den Check-in, wollte mir dann irgendwelche Dreifach -Buchung, angeblich auf meinen Namen, zuordnen, was mit meiner Buchung nichts zu tun hatte. Diese Aussagen nahm sie zu keinem Zeitpunkt zurück. Vor allem Freundlichkeit ließ sie wirklich vermissen, auch beim Auschecken. Das ist schade, denn das Wohlfühlen hängt auch vom Personal ab. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis stimmt für mich nicht. Zur Not kann man dort übernachten, aber wie der Name sagt: Sleep and GO. Es gibt bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Magdeburg.

The hotel is nicely and centrally located, basic needs are within reach of under 5 min walk. The room, however, is too poorly equipped - no telephone, no slippers, no safebox, etc. The staff's attitude was not so friendly also, I did not feel welcomed and would rather just check myself in with the machine they have near the front door. All in all, it was a nice stay but I still think they could do better even just for the cheapest rooms.

It’s clean overall but was hard to find since the hotel is a floor in a building not the actual building

Wir haben für zwei Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, es gibt jedoch an einigen Stellen noch Luft nach oben. Das Positive: Lage: Sehr zentral, die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren bei der Ankunft einwandfrei geputzt. Jedoch gibt es immer noch Duschvorhänge, was auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr hygienisch wirkt. Personal: An der Rezeption wurden wir stets freundlich empfangen und das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Was nicht ganz überzeugen konnte: Frühstück: Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar. Zimmerausstattung: Die Einrichtung wirkt stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Lärm von der Hauptstraße bei geöffnetem Fenster war deutlich zu hören. Die Betten waren jedoch super bequem und die Matratzen auch nicht durchgelegen, sondern sehr fest. Fazit: Für einen kurzen Städtetrip, bei dem man das Hotel nur zum Schlafen nutzt, ist das Haus durchaus akzeptabel. Wer viel Wert auf Ruhe, ein modernes Ambiente und ein ausgiebiges Frühstück legt, sollte eventuell nach Alternativen schauen.
