GGuest UserThere was no drinking water available at the cabin hotel, and when I asked at the reception, the staff member told me to drink tap water. On top of that, there was a bad smell coming from morning .No application in tv,Bathroom water block in washbasin .

GGuest UserThe room was quite small, just a few square meters, but fully equipped. It had a large bed, a small TV by the bedside, several lamps, and a table with chairs. The bathroom was small but had a shower with a curtain. I stayed for six days and the room was cleaned once during that time. Slippers, soap, and a dental kit were provided. Breakfast was plentiful, though the same every day. It's about a 15-minute walk from Bella Center.

Bbennychen63The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 1km walk to the city center, a few hundred meters from the train station, and very close to the river. Copenhagen isn't a huge city, so most places are easily accessible on foot. The cleanliness was decent, but the room was quite small, especially the bathroom. There's a lounge area on the ground floor where you can play cards, eat, chat, or watch TV, which is a nice touch. After check-out, luggage storage is self-service and costs 60 DKK for 6 hours or 80 DKK for 24 hours.

AAnonymous UserNo frills stay matching its star rating. The good is its location and proximity to the central train station, Tivoli, and mall (not much else around). The bad, starts when ypu spot dirty carpets on the hallways, but it continues inside the room floor where there were multiple bits and pieces left behind; There were also multiple smeared or stained surfaces that makes it little appealing.

GGuest UserThis hotel requires self check-in. The automated room assignment was a triple room. However, after checking in on the first day, I found that it didn't match the photos shown on Trip.com. There was no TV, and the bedside lamp was completely non-functional. When I informed the front desk (which is located in the sister hotel next door, Absalon Hotel), I was told that this room doesn't include a TV (but I later found there was clearly a TV monitor in the room). They claimed Trip.com made a mistake, and the front desk staff were unfriendly. They told me to speak to housekeeping myself about getting the lamp fixed. I had no choice but to contact Trip.com, and the platform was very proactive in helping me. However, the hotel's response was very passive. The hotel didn't even apologize initially and demanded that I bring my luggage downstairs and re-check in, even though I had already stayed one day. It was clearly the hotel's mistake and an act of deceiving the guest, yet they still demanded that I... The hotel's front desk requires going up stairs with luggage, and even after taking the elevator to the floor, there's another short flight of stairs to navigate. This is extremely inconvenient for a family traveling with 32-inch and 28-inch suitcases and backpacks. To experience the fun of different hotels during our trip, I also stayed at the sister hotel next door, Absalon Hotel. It was a complete contrast; the service attitude of the front desk at the two hotels was completely different. This is why I'm giving 'one star for service'!! (I don't even want to give one star).

AAy-selThe atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly. The request to be allocated top floor room was met. However, the housekeeping is something the hotels should focus on. The bathroom in my room was not cleaned and there were stains of urine on the toilet as well as weird smell in the room.

GGuest UserClean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

DDrewaboWe really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning with hopes to drop off our luggage, we were instead offered a ‘hub’ straight away! The bathrooms and saunas were absolutely lovely, and the beds were very comfy. I enjoyed having a space to stand up within the hubs, and the ability to change the lighting and the music. Overall, I would recommend cityhub to anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. You pay significantly less than what you would in a typically hotel, for what I could argue is better service and better quality.

AAnonymous UserGreat hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).
