Fantastic place to stay. Will definitely visit again. We were a little apprehensive about staying in a “hostel” to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday but we had the best time! There were lots of guests who weren’t young. You just need to be able to get on your hands and knees for the bed! 🤭 There is ample room to sit up in bed. This place has hotel level facilities without the cost. There is a 7/11 store 2 blocks away. Under 10 minutes to walk to Enghave Plads Metro station where there is a beautiful square with lots of cafes to get breakfast. It was about 20 minutes to walk to Tivoli Gardens.

The location is not far from the Town Hall. It consists of two sections (different entrances) - a bar (the reception is also there), the next door leads to the hostel rooms, which occupy six floors. The elevator (of an old design) goes only to the fifth - so those who got a room on the sixth will have to walk one more floor up.The rooms are quite cramped, the top bed is suspended on pipes, which can give the impression that you are in a basement. On the entire floor - only two toilets, two sinks and three showers. The kitchen as such is not available to guests - there is a small dark room on the ground floor under the bar - which contains two small refrigerators, a microwave, a kettle. There is not even a sink with running water - this can be difficult if you need to wash your own dishes, fruits/vegetables, etc.
Cabinn Copenhagen is very well located, near Copenhagen Bus terminal, and IKEA Mall, and near Tivoli Amusement Park, Tivoli Food Hall, and Central Train Station. Very well connected to City Centre. Cabinn Copenhagen is the great choice to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation has 2 Tower Blocks. A great choice for our 3 day Stay in Copenhagen.
The hotel is in easy walking distance from the Grand Central Station and the Tivoli Gardens, 10-15 mins. The room was super clean, small but with own shower and toilet and quiet. You can also open the window for clean fresh air. On the other side of the hotel you can walk along the river all the way to the Little Mermaid and there are restaurants and bars alongside the river. They have secure locked storage if you want to leave your luggage for a small fee. There’s a communal lounge area in the lobby you can have a drink and or work a little. Not a lot of amenities but it works very well and efficient for an easy stay if you are out all day. I found some nice coffee shops in walking distance close by too. And you can swim in the area close by on the river too. The young man at the reception very friendly and helpful.
The room was decent, and the bathroom didn't have any strange odors. However, there were a lot of crumbs on the bed. A very rude roommate caused us a terrible experience, and my friend and I felt deeply offended. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue promptly.
I can’t imagine a better location for a stay in Copenhagen. Being right next to the main train station made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The room was just the right size for a couple, and the in-room sink was a thoughtful touch that made getting ready in the mornings and evenings much smoother. The shared bathrooms were also a pleasant surprise — each toilet and shower had its own private cubicle, which felt much more comfortable and well-designed compared to typical hostel setups. The room didn’t have air conditioning, but the fan provided was more than enough for me, even though I normally run hot. We noticed the room could feel a bit stuffy with the windows closed, so we tried to keep them open as much as possible. The downside was that the street noise from people and cars at night sometimes disturbed our sleep. The only other drawback was the luggage storage. It’s not included in the stay, and there’s an extra charge of 40 DKK per bag for the day, plus a 5 DKK service fee per bag. A small detail, but something worth knowing in advance.
I slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel – and we highly recommend it! The location is unbeatable: central yet quiet, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. We felt completely at home and would return anytime.

NnordinyExcellent location, just 5 minutes’ walk to Ørestad Station with fast links to the airport (2 stops) and city (under 10 minutes). Close to buses, Metro Line 1, and Field’s Mall with Bilka supermarket and even a halal kebab restaurant. Rooms are compact and can feel cramped with large luggage, but overall it’s convenient and great value compared to city hotels.
GGuest UserGood: Front desk was polite, check-in was super smooth even at 1am. Location is great, 5min walking distance from the central station.
Okay: Breakfast selection was okay, not a wide range of options and the same food every day.
Bad: It was very obvious that it's a budget hotel. The room itself had many inconveniences - as other reviews have pointed out, the shower head is on the ceiling and tough to control; there is no ventilation in the toilet so smells/steam will go into your room. No bedside charging points. There is no central ceiling light to light the room, but instead many smaller lights scattered throughout the room with switches in different places which were hard to find. No in-room heating or air conditioning; you control the temperature by opening the window (and maybe generating steam using the hot shower water). Space - Room size is also quite small; their 2-bed room was just nice for myself as a solo traveller as I used the spare bed to put things, but 2 people would have a hard time staying there. Luggage storage is via paid lockers, luckily my schedule on my check-out day did not require me to use them.

JJULY1973This hostel is probably as good as it gets! I tried booking it again later but couldn't find any availability. If you're planning for a Saturday, make sure to book really early, as prices skyrocket and rooms are impossible to find! You can pay to store your luggage, and there's a paid buffet, which makes sense given how expensive everything is in Copenhagen. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's convenient and close to everything. You can take the 5C bus directly from the airport, and it drops you right across the street – just a one-minute walk!
EEU TravellerI would suggest Next guest house over steel house. The gym is smaller here however you have to pay per day instead of throughout your stay. Kitchen is smaller and is like a war zone during busy hours, ventilation isn’t great either.
I was staying on the upper bed and it was really hot at night.
SSorocabaCheckout time is 11am but they knock crazily at your door at 10:20am and almost entered my room. Very unpleasant.
Most probably, this is due to lack of training of staff and puts the level of hotel at lower standard.
Checkin and checkout by using the Aero Guest app, as well as for opening door, are convenient and really fast.
