Hotel near Cordoba Old Town,Cordoba

Near the ancient city of cordoba, walking distance to all attractions, but far from the station or train station. Hostel feels like a private house remodeled, very distinctive. Like other Safestays, there is no kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so there is no hot water to drink. The bunk beds will shake up and down, and when sleeping, one of them will move, and the other will feel it. The staff are very kind and the hygiene is well done.

Such a beautiful hotel located right next to the La Mesiquita. It is richly decorated with lots of paintings and antique style stuff. The room is spacious, clean, and toiletries are well stocked. No coffee or water offered in the room but given the really reasonable price it's fine. Value for money!

The hotel's location is ideal, right across from the main bus station – just a street crossing away. It's within a kilometer's walk to major attractions, and security is good with key card access required to enter the main gate at night. The front desk staff were warm and courteous. The room was well-equipped, and it's rare to find a hotel that provides toothbrushes and disposable slippers. Although we were given an end room, it was thankfully spacious. There are plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots nearby, offering excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is right in the heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, nestled within narrow alleys. Because of this, even with Google Maps, I couldn't find it on my first check-in. It's very close to the Alcázar of Seville and the cathedral, just a few minutes' walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. However, it's quite a distance from bus stops and taxi stands. Since the area is full of small alleys and cobblestone streets, cars can't drive in, so you have to drag your luggage a long way, which is exhausting. The transportation is inconvenient. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, but the facilities are incredibly outdated. The shower stall, in particular, is a joke – it's roughly 0.6 x 0.6 meters. There's no shelf inside for shower gel or shampoo, so you have to place them on the floor before you enter. But during the shower, trying to bend down to grab those items is impossible; that narrow, straight shower stall is practically 'custom-made' for you. It's too tiny, too ridiculous. If I ever come to Seville again, I would definitely not choose this place.

It was my first stay in a bedroom, through the capsule you have much more privacy than it is the case for normal beds. Personal friendly and helpful. Capsule and community spaces very clean. Overall, my expectations were overcome and I would re-elect Urban Cube. However, a few points: the wooden clothing does not protect from noisy snarkers in the room. The top light in the castle did not work, I noticed that there should actually be light there. Normally I am frozen at night, but here it became very warm and stiff, as the capsule has only a fan (no air conditioning) for hot air. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, but the food is uncomfortable because I was too high and the couch table too low.

The truth is, I didn't have very high expectations based on some reviews I'd read, but in my case, the experience was VERY POSITIVE. The accommodation delivers what it promises, simply that. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was large, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the noise it makes is from an old unit, but it doesn't hinder sleep at all. I will definitely stay again! Thank you.

The room wasn't particularly large, but it was perfectly adequate for a single person. It was clean, and there was a kettle and a selection of teas available at reception. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The hotel didn't have its own restaurant, but they gave me vouchers for a restaurant within the hotel. The selection was extremely meager: half a slice of toasted bread, coffee, and one side dish. But apart from breakfast, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is very centrally located.

Although it is a youth hostel, the hidden performance of personal privacy is particularly well protected, the luggage storage space is large, and the hygiene is particularly good. If you arrive in advance to store your luggage, you need 5.5 Europe, the service is enthusiastic and has a rules. Very cost-effective accommodation for a personal traveler like me.

LLye S CLocated right in the middle of shopping area, lots of restaurants. Walkable to bus station, major attractions. Good plus is great shower and Aircon bed comfy too. Counter is helpful. Only minor issues is, the digital key I got doesn't work, still use pin and the cozy rooftop pool is really tiny and water seems not that clean. Two if us got a quaroom, quite pricey for a hostel.

GGuest UserWe took this hotel with a pool knowing how hot it was going to be in Seville. The day before our arrival we sent an email asking for the schedule. When we arrived at the establishment they told us that the schedule was different and the pool was already closed. I would also highlight that it is practically attached to a nightclub and there was a lot of commotion until the early hours of the morning. People were right in front of our window since it is practically at street level, smoking, drinking and shouting... To make matters worse, the window did little to insulate the noise and the blinds were broken, they didn't go down more than half.

ИИван МажаевPolite staff. The room is furnished with antique, expensive furniture. And that's where the positives end. It's about a 30-minute walk to the main attraction. The train station is also quite far. The soundproofing is terrible; I had to listen to my neighbors' conversations until the middle of the night. There's no refrigerator. The windows, which are also doors, face a busy road where they were fixing the road from early morning, causing a lot of noise. But what I disliked most was that the toilet is located right next to a panoramic window, which is only partially covered by a translucent curtain.

CClaire MThe location of Don Alfredo is unbeatable!!! You basically fall out of the hotel and into the old town of Marbella. That said, the hotel is not one of the newest and it's a bit rocked down, but still well kept. The room was very basic but clean, as was the bathroom. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyways, so for our purposes it was perfect for a quite affordable price! 😀 The staff was kind and helpful and in the morning they brought coffee according to our wishes to the dining room table or also to one of the tables right outside at the entrance of the hotel. Coffee was great, but breakfast was not very impressive, so we only had a little bite, but always took some fruit from the fruit bowl 🍎🍏🍊 Parking outside the hotel was a bit difficult, but not far there was the possibility to park for free, just needed to circle a bit sometimes and get lucky with a spot getting empty right in front of us ... Altogether, we enjoyed our stay a lot ... The old Castillo de Marbella was right in front of the hotel and there was a little resto named El Rincón de la Muralla that would seat you right beside the Castle wall - very romantic at night! 💕 After dinner there, we only had a few steps to take to get into bed and enjoy a good night's sleep ... As for the pictures, only the first one is showing the hotel, the rest are pictures taken in the old town Marbella, super close to the hotel - and just to prove how great this location is! 😎

GGuest UserA very beautiful house. This B&B has two addresses. The front desk is in another one. I needed help so I moved to the inn in the city center. The air conditioning was very good and the room was comfortable. There were few people in June so there was no need to worry about any accidents. The inn also provided a bed sheet changing service. The people of Cordoba are very friendly in Spain. I recommend this place.

AAnonymous UserThe hostel itself is excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The overall environment is lovely. However, I didn't sleep well because a new roommate checked in at 3 AM. They were constantly coming in and out of the room, which was quite disruptive. It’s a nice place, but my rest was unfortunately affected.

SSisssiaThe location is fantastic! The cathedral and palace are right next door, just a few minutes' walk away. Seville is quite small overall, so even Plaza de España isn't far on foot, and the walk itself is scenic. I stayed here for four days, and除了往返机场, I could walk everywhere else, which was perfect for exploring. The facilities meet the general standards for a European hostel – no major issues. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly, as were my roommates. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the guardrail on the top bunk was a bit short; I felt a little uneasy the first night, worried I might fall off, haha. But overall, it was a really great stay. Seville is truly amazing and definitely makes it into my top 5 European cities!

GGuest UserWe arrived at an address where we were told to go elsewhere. Once there, the sound of running water greeted us and remained throughout our stay. At our first complaint, the manager asked where the noise was coming from, then heard nothing more. Opaque glass separated us from a pretty patio with dim, permanent lighting. But when someone enters, the light turns on automatically. Curtains would have improved the situation. The room was clean, but completely charmless. White tiles, white walls, two large beds, a small table with a chair, a shelf hanging from the wall, and below it, a bar with hangers. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with curtains, which splashed water into the room every time we showered.

AAdrienneAEThe hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana beach. However, we were there in March, but I’m sure more is open during the summer months. It also gets quite cold in the rooms in March, so if you’re afraid of chilly room temperatures you might want to look for some place with central heating or space heaters on site. Also, transportation comes infrequently and shuts down early - like at 10, 11 pm - so allow some time and do some research when you’re ready to leave the area ot the hotel.
