Nice hotel approx 5 minutes from a beach & bus stops to Palma City centre & Palma airport. Very nice breakfast included.

The doors to the rooms slam and the lights should be off or dim after a certain time. Beds are stiff and only linens are provided. - terrible sleep quality. 6€ euro for a crappy towel that has a bunch of fuzzies!?! No paper towels or hand dryers in the bathrooms either. The pool and other amenities are nice tho and it was fun to mingle with other travelers

This hotel is a forced choice. The hotel conditions are very average. Of course, it is a youth hostel. However, their mattresses are made of artificial leather, and the pillows are also made of artificial leather. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel

Very nice and clean hostel with everything you need, very pleasant Service, I was able to practice my Spanish. at night there was a small incident while I was walking, the guys in the room closed the window, as someone was making noise in the street and the room turned into a sauna, it was very hot, I asked the guy at the Reception to turn it on the air conditioning and immediately got cold in the common room, thank you very much. I have lived in different hostels and I can say that it is a hostel among the best very hot and dirty hostel and service, so practice my Spanish. Nos quedamos 2 noches en este hospedaje, y la verdad fue fantástico. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, el lugar esta limpio, la habitación es acogedora y el personal siempre nos atendió con amabilidad, además nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos dejaron resguadar el equipaje para aprovechar todo el día. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. 100% recomendado.

The hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes from the beach and old town. Even if you notice anything here as soon as you're in, it's very quiet in the street itself. The breakfast is a single, exactly the same and not very extensive every day. But enough choice in bread (white, brown etc), and yogurt, fruit and granola for the lovers but if you stay here for a longer time I understand you're going to snack something else ... The staff is very friendly and nothing is stupid, but only the night receptionist is a little nors, but I think it is because the English language is worse. Every day you can get clean bathrooms and a parasol so you can get carelessly to the beach. I had hurt myself and also a patch is to get at the reception! Rooms are small and simple but have everything you need. The room is very good, the water is a little colder when the neighbors are also in the shower, but it is not disturbing, there is a good air conditioning, and every day you are provided with clean towels. We were on the 4th floor and believe that there are 6 in total. So when arrives and leaves, we'll continue with the bags :p I would certainly return here again, because price/quality/location is great!

Todos los ambientes son muy bonitos y limpios, olía muy bien todo el tiempo, y el servicio espectacular en general nos sentimos muy cómodas ✨

The hotel was very well located to go to the Alcudia Pavilion, our intention. The room was perfect for us. The shower was good but it took a long time to get out of hot water, but for the price we were very frozen, without having to return to Palma by night. Highly recommended! We didn't try breakfast because we went to a local cafeteria.

Location is near the bus terminal and 3 minutes walk to the promenade where the bars and restaurants are. Room is clean and spacious with clean bedsheets and comfortable bed. Toilets are clean with toiletries and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped. It is a small hostel and provides a cosy ambience. Bring proof of payment for your stay with you as their system got mixed up with another quest's payment records. Overall would recommend this hostel for your stay.
