For the price we can hardly expect more... whatever.... Poorly sound-insulated so obviously very very noisy! ! ! We hear the neighbors, we hear the road, it's a shame. Breakfast good but could not be better, missing a toaster. The room, good, bathroom of a very functional size, you can do something by washing your feet while you brush your teeth (: lol Pleasant staff

Note that the bedding is perfect however small bathroom with an impractical toilet. Everything was very clean but there is one but, a bad smell of coming up from the sewers, too bad. Perfect and helpful welcome day and night, there is no elevator for the PRM side which would be ideal. Concerning the breakfast, good but there is a lack of choice of breads, fruits and the pastries unfortunately may be from the day before simply reheated, too bad.

Location is good ,the bed linen was not really ,was a lot of hear and mattress protector dirty

Hôtel simple mais accueil très agréable; le monsieur de l’accueil est incroyablement gentil et attentionné, le soir comme au petit déjeuner où il est proche de ces clients. Un grand merci à lui. La femme de ménage est également très sympathique.

Le personnel très accueillant, serviable et souriant, On ne peux pas manger dans les chambres mais y’a une salle exprès pour manger ( le personnel débarrasse à notre place très gentil ) propreté rien à dire juste une mini odeur dégoût dans le couloir mais c’est un hôtel que je recommande

The hotel is suitable for self-driving tours, and it is more difficult to reach without a car. The hotel is very clean, it is better to sleep and it is quiet at night. There is a huge Chinese buffet 500 meters near the hotel.

Unfortunately, there was a bad surprise when the hotel arrived - the reservation was before, but the money paid in advance was not received 😳 It was only the possibility to pay the full price again, because otherwise we would not have got a bed 🤨 Now I have to try hard to get my double payment back. To date I was just comforted - so no holiday begins well... 😤 I can only hope it is a unhappy individual case and not a method to double cash 🙈

The hotel is very warm and very comfortable. The staff at a facility to adapt. And a low hat to that which welcomed me from my initial presentation at the courtyard: breakfast, iron to pass, information about the closest laundry to the hotel (Queen ...). I will recommend to my surroundings if they will ever be on Tours.
