This hotel had loads of space in the apartment and the reception member was very helpful on arrival. It is a 5 minute walk from Cité médiévale and about 20 minutes from the lower city. I stayed in a single room apartment and it had a double bed and a double sofabed, as well as all the utensils and equipment for cooking your own meals.
The hotel is on the outskirts of Narbonne, and you'll need a car to get anywhere. The rooms are small, with just enough room to get to the bed. It's fine for just sleeping, and there's free parking at the hotel.
We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.

I had a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient as it is right in front of the station. I arrived an hour early, but they happily allowed me to check in early. The staff were also kind. It would have been nice if there was a shared kitchen.

This is a beautiful hotel in the very centre of Tulouse, from which you can reach all the famous tourist sites on foot.
The friendly staff settled in the room as early as possible, you can also leave your stuff before settling and later. The room was small but comfortable. It had everything you needed except the teapot. There was a coffee machine with capsules.
This hotel can be boldly recommended.
Hello, the room was very good, good 3 beds I admit that during my reservation it was the last free room.
A quick note about the bathroom, lack of hooks for gloves and when I took my shower, despite the door being closed, the water invaded part of the room.
For breakfast, some pastries would have been appreciated. Orange juice a delight and coffee side excellent
Otherwise the welcome at reception is really very warm and welcoming.

Very happy with the person who manages this hotel and who knows to be at my listening, indeed a problem when recovering the room, the booking code was not valid, so I have asked for assistance, And there surprised me had to pay the room for having the code that allowed me to access the hotel, outside this room was already paying via Trip.com, with evidence supported since Trip.com had taken the amount from Paypal and that the amount was also withdrawn from My bank account, in short, if the person who cares for this hotel had not offered me an alternative, and I would have had to sleep in my car, then I don't know his name but thank him yet. In the centre of the city, with a parking underground grader, very clean, spacious room level, and comfortable bedroom, staff at the top nothing to add.
Clean facilities, about 10 minutes walk from train station and 1-2 minute walk from bus station. You can walk to the city centre easily from the hotel, which is where most tourist attractions are located. Views from the window attached.

Un immense merci à Sylvie, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel Première Classe Tarbes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.

NNasrinStuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.
JJordanxo3Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.

AAnonymous UserLocation was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

la chambre correcte mais la salle de bain avec baignoire sabot très glissante et très haute donc dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu une douche...
le petit déjeuner très mesquin pour le prix .... pas de charcuterie, ni fromage, ni fruit.... jus de pomme pas de jus d'orange....
c'est la 2ème fois que nous réservont dans cette chaine et sûrement la dernière.........................

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.
