First place we stayed in where there wasn’t a set of drawers or a wardrobe, couldn’t control the air conditioning the 1st night (was sorted the next again day) and finally the noise from the street around 4am like bins being emptied and goods being loaded. This went on for ages.
Apart from the above we’d still consider Tune due to its location, price and cleanliness maybe the next time request for a room away from the Main Street.
Jai was welcomed by James and Tim, two super people who, despite my English banking, managed to comfort me and be listening.
Near Anfield Stadium I really recommend this spot for football amateurs.
Thank you very much to the team for welcomed and helped me.
I recommend!!!

The six-bed female room is very large, with a bathroom and shower room, which is very convenient. However, there is little traffic on the roadside, which is acceptable. The locker in the room is quite large, remember to bring your own lock.

Can't complain great price and this includes shower and toilet as an en suite, kettle and tv provided with some coffee and tea, all in all definitely worth the stay.
The lift does need to be fixed so I'd advise old or disabled to ask for a ground floor as stairs are steep.
Fabulous couple my Freind was really poorly in the morning they were so helpful in helping me get him down the stairs and helping him into the car I can not thank them enough
Stayed a few times here and the room was great with a terrace onto the garden so ideal for us with my 2 grandchildren and to have a coffee in the morning outside
Will always pick this hotel on vacation to Southport
Thank you again to the owners for all your help and support today
Plus very grateful for changing my room to the garden room as well 100% given for this hotel and the owners 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Our stay at Cozy Place Apartments couldn’t have been more perfect. We can’t thank Julie and Paul enough, they went above and beyond. The apartment was immaculately clean, the choice of snacks and breakfast were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. We also used Tony’s Taxi, (whose number is in the kitchen!) and he was just a pure gentleman. Check in was straight forward and close to the centre. Cozy Place Apartments deserves more than a 10* rating. This will be our only choice for future trips to Liverpool. Thank you SO much.
The room is about 25 mins walk to the Albert Docks so a reasonable location. We did have a slight issue with check in as we weren’t sent and check in info even though we’d emailed for it.
The room has what you need for one or two nights stay.
Our only criticism was how uncomfortable we found the mattress on the bed, so we didn’t sleep very well.

Great place for an overnight stay. Basic facilities but clean and comfortable. Easy check in and friendly staff. Very close to the city centre with a cheap car park across the road (£6 for 24 hours) Would definitely stay here again

VVadim ZahharovPlace was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short.
As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good.
Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well.
Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
GGuest UserStaff were helpful and did there best.. continental breakfast is ideal to start the day..room a no no..cold and bathroom tiny separated by a losing door.. unacceptable handbasin not sink, alarm from someone else using a shower on the hotel went on for ten minutes or so until problem was solved..not ideal at 9 am...every time you used the loo it made a loud juddering sound ..and feaces coming up through the shower plug is really not acceptable..needs a good refurb and could be a lovely building as it's obviously old and tired...
won't be going again!

SShanghailinxiGood location. Next to the bar street. Deafening disco sound at 3 am. If you like clubbing, you should like it. I don't go to bars, it feels like a nightmare. I can't sleep at night. Luggage storage is charged. Friendly staff. Strict access control.
