I arrived in Batumi on the 17:05 train from Tbilisi. It was a little after the check-in time of 23:00, but they were able to accommodate me.
The entrance was hard to find, and you couldn't enter the building door without being given a number, so first enter through the backyard entrance on the left. You can enter through the door with the word Reception written on it.
It was nice that shoes were not allowed inside the building. (I wore the sandals I brought with me.)
The bed was spacious and clean.
When I was in the building, the shower on the left side didn't have hot water continuously, so please be careful. There didn't seem to be any shampoos.
There is a hair dryer.
There is a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight.
The manager was also kind and nice!
The location is also good, as there are tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

Отель действительно соответствует стоимости межсезонья, отдыхали в январе. В сезон не могу рекомендовать данное размещение, скорее удобный вариант для деловых коротких поездок.
Комната чистая, но уставшая. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое. Большой минус - запах канализации в туалете. Чайник есть в общей зоне, холодильника нет, только в столовой зоне персонала, нам разрешили оставлять там продукты.
Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый.
Уборка номера и смена полотенец по запросу.
Очень удобное расположение в старом городе, у порта, из окна видно море, везде ходили пешком.

Hotel is not bad, relatively new repair, clean. Rooms are not big but everything is necessary. We were met, settled, but why there was no one on the resepchn and there was no workers or residents at all. So they didn't understand why some were in the hotel 🤭 Choose the hotel with breakfast, but breakfast was not, because no one had to feed us, had to buy and feed themselves sandwiches in the kitchen since the morning was leaving. The kitchen is kind of in the hotel is designed on the 5th floor, but nothing works. One night it seemed normal. Why there was no warning about breakfast is not clear.

DDariaSholThe location of the hotel and the view from the room are excellent. Your parking. The room is large, with its small kitchen. Breakfast is very delicious, there is something to choose from. Booked for three but for some reason there was one bed and a towel for two. The respiratory was decided, brought a layout. Well, bear in mind that a bunch of cafes on the embankment. Until the hour of the night, the music was straight. The door on the balcony was closed, but it was heard very much no matter what. It is clear that this is not to the hotel claim, they can do nothing

GGuest UserThe room is in a terrible condition, repair there was never done, laminate all damaged, on the walls paint was blew, the vent with no wrapping, that is, hanging blue wires, a terrible smoke in the room. The room is large, but the bed is a 2-sleepy - Maaal 1.4 m. From the room it would be possible to make a candy, but in fact there is no desire to stay for a minute.
The only, towels and sheets are clean, white. Everything else is disgusting.
