"When I checked in, the person in front of me took a long time to sort out/find a solution. I waited quite a while, even though there were other staff members who should have been able to help me.
The hotel interior seems to be heavily inherited; these days, the TVs are still manual. The chairs in the room are already unusable."

new hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation.
wifi connection was very slow.
smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account.

We booked this hotel for 1 night and finished happy with the room and service. The next morning we also got a taxi to go to the city center because we did not get any grab or gojek.
The room is large and air-conditioned, good price quality.

The hotel is right by the sea, the restaurant location and view are very good, you can see the sea and the swimming pool, the top floor terrace in Figure 4 can enjoy the sunset ๐
, very recommended! Breakfast is not bad, worthy of this price!
