Location: Offering budget accommodation for pilgrims and leisure travellers, the centrally located Adarsh Residency is within 500 m from Tirupati Railway Station and Tirupati Central Bus Station. The property is about 15 km from Tirupati Airport.
During the stay here, travellers can head to the popular Grand World Theme Park (4.5 km) and Venkateswara Zoological Park (7.5 km). In addition to the world-famous Sri Venkateswara Temple (13 km), you can also visit Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, ISKCON - Sri Sri Radha Govinda Mandir and Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple (approx. 4 km from here).
Room Amenities: As per their budget, guests can choose to stay in one of the 32 AC/non-AC rooms that are available in Standard and Deluxe categories. In-room conveniences include cable TV, telephone, wardrobe, comfortable bedding, and hot/cold water supply in attached bathrooms. Large groups can choose to stay in a room with four beds.
Hotel Facilities: Laundry service, internet access, doctor on call, room service, parking and power backup are basic facilities offered here. On request, temple darshan and sightseeing tours can also be arranged.
Dining: In-room dining is possible with room service. Regional food can be enjoyed at Sree Mutharamman Saravana Bhavan (550 m). Also, the nearby Dwaraka Restaurant (350 m) serves Indian dishes.
"Accomodation at Adarsh Residency was good. It was located near Tirupati railway station, helpful for transportation. Facilities like WiFi, TV , AC make it a fantastic stay overnight.
Only feedback from our side was regarding spring bed, making the other person sleeping nearby, pron to all small movements affecting night sleep."

It was pretty new and clean. Service was good as well. On the other hand, restaurant downstairs was too slow and not organized well. They should have a token or name calling system for waiting customers. Food was good though.

The staff is nice and very helpful. The room is very big and comfortable , with all the amenities. The fans and AC work perfectly. All is new and very clean. We recommend this hotel!

Property is located very close to the temple 😊. Disappointed to know that no food is made available leave alone breakfast.For ₹5000/- night,we expected minimum amenities but a big NO.Sorry we can’t recommend the hotel to anyone.People are courteous though.Our expectations of MMT services are much higher than that.Before suggesting you make sure the hotel meets minimum standards.

very good stay.. neat and clean rooms.. lift available.. ac and non ac rooms there.. comfortable for family and solo and all... nearby bus stand and oposite to srinivasam complex.. only think is need mirror inside bathroom or washroom The stay was very good.. Before booking and checkin i was in doubtful about this stay.. But after check in the stay was very good and neat and clean.. Lift facilities is the plus point and water available... Need mirror inside washroom or bathroom that is the only suggestions otherwise all are good only.. I am looking forward for this stay in future also.. Thanks makemytrip and sikhara stays for the wonderful stay..

We stayed for two nights and two whole days. It's very close to the raghavendra swami mutt. Our stay at the hotel room was comfortable. They are maintaining the room as well as the washroom neatly and cleanly. Lift facility is available and drinking water ( water doctor) is available 24/7 at each floor. On the whole, our stay was pleasant.

The staff were very helpful, the person at the reception even knew my language, so it wasn't difficult to interpret he was always there to assist us with anything we needed. Such a lovely place.
