Its super near by to airport but don't know why taxi go around however when return from hotel just 6 mins walk to airport, room is clean not too big as picture and staff is good check in smooth. Nothing around any food or drinks but hotel give water its enough

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. There is no point in posting photos, because all the photos on tripcom are true. All the furniture is new and in excellent condition. Air conditioners, fans - everything works. There is also hot water, you need to wait a little until it drains. There is a refrigerator (new, odorless), an electric kettle, a TV (we did not turn it on, we do not know if it works or not). Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo are provided upon check-in. All this in small format. The service in the hotel is no worse than in Europe. They helped with any issue that arose. We have not seen such an attitude towards tourists for a long time. We have been traveling around Asia for 8 years, we have something to compare with. This hotel is the best of those we have been to. It is far from the beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. But if you take a moped, there should be no problems. The hotel has a parking lot. And 24-hour security. We arrived at the hotel very early, check-in was done without extra charge for early check-in. Breakfast: vegetarian buffet. Our rating for the hotel and its staff is 10 out of 10!

IInbaraj SuppiahGreat convenient hotel right at the airport. Pretty useful since all the flights from Kuala Lumpur to Cochin are at night. We landed, slept here and then headed out to the city the next morning. I paid for 2 rooms but the gave me only 1 so had to wait for a bit to clear up the mix up. Cleanliness was good but could be better.

GGuest UserVisited on 31 Dec, Mr. Ravi is helpful and guided the plans to visit in fort kochi. Best location to stay in fort kochi. Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.

GGuest Userit was a beautiful property with good amenities. Food was decent and people here were very interactive and helpful. We got opportunity to enjoy mentalist show. Few suggestions for improvement-
1. As we are required to put shoes out, would be great to provide indoor slippers
2. Common hall had lot of mosquitoes and no proper netting or mosquito repellent
3. we stayed at 10 bed bunk with single AC. the temperature was very hot and single AC was not sufficient.
