Room was clean and tidy. Staff were also very helpful. And since location was near to big temple so easy to go around also. thank you Make my trip and Abis residency Thanjavur

I booked for 24th but i came to hotel to check-in @ 7.3 am, if rooms are completely full i can understand , but rooms were their & 2 customer checked in he did not offer me to early check in even i requested i will pay extra for early check in , he denied , policy should be for all he allowed 2 customer why not me , T 9.15 he allowed me & there was room available which made me more disappoint , And he is asking me to vacate next day same time i requested extra 1 hour he did not allowed , he called today morning at 8.15 am and skiing me to vacate , i usually stay in Heritage Inn hotel due to non availability i tried , but never will visit again . service is complete Nill , no smile rude behavior......

I stayed for overnight and found the hotel was good only. The room is neat and clean. They also serve paid beverages but the coffee was horrible, maybe they have to improve a lot. Also there is no parking available but they helped to park nearby open areas, i still felt discomfort parking in the unknown congested and tiny open parking area. Otherwise all is good

The Hotel Was Located At A Location With Good Transport Facilities For Tourist. Though The Hotel Doesn’t Seem To Have A Restaurant There Is One Quick Service Fast Food Eatery With A Large Menu Offering Tasty Food. The Room Was Clean. The A.C. & Fan Were Working Well. Though The Room Was Not Big In Size It Was Compact & Well Furnished. I Was Not Offered The WiFi Pass Word Which The Front Office Staff Should Give Out Without The Customer Asking For It. The Sights To See In Thanjavur Are All Nearby & Public Transport Is Available Very Near. The Room Rent Is Very Reasonable. A Dated Hotel But I Found It Well Maintained. I Would Recommend This Hotel For Tourists. USP : Location. Easy Transport. Decent Size Room. Affordable.

Walking to the Arunachala temple was so easy. Very close to temple. The rooms were very clean . Bed and beddings are as good as any star hotel. I had a triple bedroom. Was very spacious and all facilities available . Hair dryer, kettle and toiletries provided..was not in want. However on the day we were there the lift was not in service so had to walk up to the second floor room. Excellent choice if you are going to thiruvanamalai. We took an auto 3 wheeler to the Ramana Maharishi ashram. There's alot of shop for your meals. I would recommend this hotel.

All amenities like, cleaning & room service were good, we booked two rooms one has a kettle but another room didn't provide. No breakfast facility was provided as mentioned in web, tv didn't have some basic channela that we expected that's it, rest all is good

Very Quite place. The Boss is so humble. The staff are very good and polite. Very clean room and surrounding. I will book again, if I need to be chennai. Thank you very much Mr Ilyas. Good bless all.

We had a pleasant stay at Arudra Residency, Thiruvannamalai. The hotel kindly gave us a free room upgrade, which made our experience even better. The staffs were very helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is spot on, right beside the temple gopuram, making it extremely convenient for darshan and temple visits. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a short spiritual trip. One area that could be improved is the washroom cleanliness, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay that we truly enjoyed.
