nice to stay in nova hotel but few things are missing such as AC is old and noisy. TV not working but except this many good things are also there such as wifi facility and places like taj mahal, fort are near from this hotel,car parking facility are also available, behaviour of hotel staffs are so nice, overall the it worth your money. good hotel to visit

It was a convenient location, close to the Taj Mahal, and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. In particular, the shower and toilet were kept clean and very easy to use.

reasonable price to staying at Varanasi , easy access by car directly.
New building to start hotel biz however it means some lacks of customer treating skill and facilities,
as like kettle, hair dryer and bath amenites something and late-opening restaurant for breakfast serving.
However very kind staff, Mr. Rahaul has a sincere attitude to showing guest.

First of all, the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The location is good and I think it was about 10 minutes walk on a straight road without hesitation to Taj Mahal. I could walk so I could easily go to the Taj Mahal before dawn. The Taj Mahal seen at sunrise was very nice and I could take a leisurely look around before it was crowded. There are several restaurants on the way to Taj Mahal. I arrived late so I asked for hotel room service. The price is a little higher than the restaurants in the city, but it's cheaper than eating in Japan. There were many menus and it was delicious more than expected. Recommended for travelers going to Taj Mahal.

A very pleasant family-run hotel with wonderful owners.
It's located near the fort and the Taj Mahal.
Breakfast is a complimentary gift from the hotel. We've ordered home-cooked meals several times, and everything is delicious. Laundry service is available, and everything is fast and reasonably priced.
Quiet location, beautiful terrace.
Please note: the boiler is small and not suitable for people with disabilities.

This is above 4 star hotel. Do not book 4 star other hotel this is one of the best hotel i visited. We stay every where but this hotel impreas us a lot. Very good staff. Near shopping market. Very clean. Have shaving kit, dental kit comb wet etc... I did not see luke this hotel in india at this price. Heads off to owner and stafff who take care. We asked weighting scale and they provided to do weight foe luggage which no hotel keep in india. Do not this you can book this hotel blindly. We are NRI and outside india working in oman aince 17 years. Cleanliness 10 out od 10 points. Book wuper delux room if available.. Thankyou staff..

The room is clean, but the facilities are a little old. The water heater is a storage type, and the amount of water stored is average, which may not be enough for taking a long hot bath. This hotel basically only sees local Indians staying, no foreigners are seen. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's breakfast is an Indian breakfast, and people who are not used to Indian food may not be able to adapt to it.

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby.
Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people.
I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

DDzianis RThe location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.
