It felt like spending some time at your grandparent's place. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. I could keep my luggage before check in time in the receptionist area. The location is near the Basilica of Saint Claire, if you're taking the Assisi Link Bus Line C from the station, get down at V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop and it's a 3-min walk from the stop (downloadingmoovit app will be helpful). There is a small elevator so you could take your suitcase easily to the room. The bathroom was quite slippery when it was wet so I had to be careful not to fall down. Basic amenities are provided except tooth paste, tooth brush, and hair conditioner. If you only need the basics, this hotel is sufficient.

I have a lovely and peaceful stay though it was only for one night. I wouldn't leave unless I had a schedule next day. It is very close to Basilica di San Francesco and you can see a beautiful scenery of Assisi with the Basilica from your room. Facilities are a bit old but very clean. All of the staff was kind. Only the customer was talking too loud in the community room and their room at night because I could hear all of their talking. You would have very simple breakfast. Having said that, this might be a good choice if you did not expect a fancy hotel. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

The staff are so friendly. Basically the vibe is chill and welcoming people from all over the world. You just chit chat with anybody there or you can also enjoy your own time. No AC in the summer but only fan , not sure how it feels in winter. Nice coffee and rooftop, with cold water refill 🫶🏻

Extremely difficult to enter the hotel past the check-in time. Hotel also failed to provide confirmation email and number.

My favorite hotel in the past few days, clean and comfortable, nice staff and good service, breakfast is delicious. It's also close to the bus station. If you come to Assisi again, you will choose this one.

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The boss is enthusiastic. If you don't understand English, use a translator to solve the problem. Although there is no air conditioning, the electric fan is also very good. The room is large and the overall is good. The location is opposite the train station and it is convenient to take the scenic bus and train.

This hotel provides a great time and experience for anyone traveling to Assisi. The panoramic view of the Assisi area from the hotel provides the best experience. If you want, you can walk about 20 minutes to Assisi in the morning. If it's hard to walk, pay the bus fee of 1.5 Euro and take the bus to the highest area of Assisi, you can easily move to the highest area, and walk slowly to meditation and pilgrimage. The fresh air, the countryside of Italy, the close history, all of this is the gift of this hotel. The owner kindly guides me. Breakfast was able to enjoy for 5 euros. The rooms are clean, the toilet and bathroom are very comfortable and tidy. It is also characterized by quiet surroundings. Have a happy trip.
