Blown away! The room was incredibly spacious, genuinely shocking upon entry! It's very close to the train station, and the hotel itself is a large building with its own restaurant and cocktail bar. You can enjoy drinks and music in the evening, and dine during the day. The Venetian specialties sold at the restaurant in the morning were absolutely delicious! One was only 2.9 euros, with soft bread packed full of meat! After trying one, it was so good I bought two more! There's also a fantastic focaccia shop very close to the hotel, selling huge ones for only 10.5 euros! Staying here was truly the smartest decision! We had a wonderful time in Venice yesterday. Be cautious with restaurants on Venice Island – water costs 5 euros a bottle and cover charge is 3 euros per person. Staying here, the food is great, and you don't have to drag your luggage up and down steps; getting to the island only requires buying a 1.5 euro ticket at a machine or counter! So convenient!! Everyone should stay here!!!!

Amazing location and very friendly staff. The bathroom is freshly renewed. But we lived on the ground floor close to the reception: it was noisy all the time (and audibility is awful), there were no sunlight in the room, lived like in a cold dark cave, and smoking place was right under the room window.

The facilities of the hostel were great, especially the lounging area was comfortable enough to sit and wait if one had been early for the check-in time. However, when we checked into our room long after the official check-in time, the beddings of a bunk bed were not made. In fact, cover sheets and blankets of those beds were just laid there all messy and one even had holes in it (shown in the pictures provided below). That was not the only inconvenience, however. A fire alarm in the hostel had been activated at 3 am of August 11th randomly, which rang for at least two hours, but management and staff were not as competent when handling an emergency situation like that in my opinion. Guests of the hostel had to be waken up with a banging noise of alarm in the midst of their sleep and evacuated outside to stand still for 2 full hours with no explanation or compromisation. It has to be considered that all kinds of people are being hosted in this hostel, such as the elderly, the children, and also disabled people who cannot be put under that kind of stress and also deprivation of sleep. If compromisation of a late check-out was made with customers, it would at least compensate for the inconvenience it brought to people.

This is a really lovely little hotel. It's small but perfectly formed, and the reception is just down the road at another hotel. It's the perfect place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially since it's really close to the train station. We were very grateful that they let us in at 1am. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfasts are really good too, especially when you consider the Italian norm of just espresso and croissants.

It was very late when I arrived, and it was convenient to open the door according to the password sent beforehand. I got the envelope and key of my room by myself. The room is small, the health is OK, the sound is average, it is a temporary stay for one night. The scenery in Verona is really good, there are many tourists, and it is very safe.

My stay at Hotel bel sito was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It is situated in Peschiera del Garda, which is already a beautiful destination, and the hotel is positioned in a way that makes everything incredibly convenient. A Penny Market is just nearby, which made it easy to grab anything I needed quickly. Even better, the Peschiera del Garda railway station is very close, making travel and day trips simple and stress-free. The hotel is also just a short distance from Lake Garda, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Being able to reach the lake so easily added a lot to the overall experience. Everything I needed—shops, transport, and beautiful scenery—was within easy reach. Another standout feature was the breakfast. It was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning. Overall, this hotel offered everything I was looking for: comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Pensione Seguso. The building is full of charm, with a traditional room that felt authentic and suited Venice perfectly. The staff were welcoming throughout my stay, and the location is excellent. It is easy to reach from Venice Santa Lucia station by vaporetto, and from the hotel it is no more than about 20 minutes on foot to most of Venice’s main sights. The only disappointment was the room temperature on arrival. The windows had been left open on a day when the outside temperature was over 30°C, and the room itself was 29.5°C. I closed the windows immediately and turned on the air conditioning, but it still took almost a full day for the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. Opening the windows is not an effective way to cool a room when the outside air is hotter than the desired indoor temperature. I specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning because I do not sleep well in warm rooms, so this was frustrating after a long day of travelling. Overall, I would happily recommend Pensione Seguso for its character, location and friendly service. I would simply suggest ensuring rooms are kept cool with the air conditioning before guests arrive during periods of hot weather.

Very good location, 5-10 min walk from bus station, right on the bank of the Grand Canal, easy to get to. We booked private bathroom and the room was pretty decent for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was varied and the the wifi was reliable. There were some issues with the electric power, but the staff was helpfull. All in all, a decent stay for a decent price.

Loved this nice and cosy hotel. One big advantage is that you don’t have to cross any bridges with lots of stairs to reach it. However, there is no lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. They will definitely help everyone. Very close to shps & restaurants . The buffet breakfast was great, and the coffee was excellent. Suggestion: During breakfast, collecting dirty dishes and setting up cutlery was quite noisy and happened constantly while guests were eating. It would be much better if this could be done more quietly to create a more relaxing dining experience.

From the outside, the hostel looks very charming — it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by flowers. Inside, however, it feels like a fairly standard hostel. The room was extremely hot, and there was only one fan available, which went to whoever claimed it first. The upper bunk had no safety rail, so there is a real risk of falling out during the night. Instead of a proper power outlet by the bed, there was only an extension adapter located below, meaning you have to leave your phone or other valuable devices out of sight while charging. There is only one toilet per room, and it seemed that most guests were assigned to the same dorm. As a result, there was always a queue for our bathroom while the bathrooms in other rooms remained unused. Finally, the “breakfast included” option was quite misleading. It consisted of coffee and a couple of dry biscuits. Had I known that this was the breakfast offered, I would have preferred to book a different hostel without breakfast included.
