Friendly welcome, friendly staff Great rooftop, beautiful view of the amphitheater Good breakfast, but too repetitive Cleanliness and condition of the room needs to be improved: a curtain on the floor upon arrival, hair in the sheets, wobbly sink, a towel that was initially missing and then not very clean either Not bad for a few days, but not very comfortable (very noisy, being in the city center)

When I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

This hotel is located at the foot of the Amman Citadel. It is very close to the Roman Theater. The breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing. It was not very delicious. The room was a little smelly. Oh, I hope it can be improved. Come on 👏

For a hotel that costs around 6,000 yen, the price is reasonable. The interior has been renovated, so there's nothing to complain about with the room. Refrigerator, HDTV, fluffy bed, clean bathroom. Toilet with manual washlet. However, when I checked in, I was told I didn't have a reservation, and I almost wasn't able to check in (even though I had already paid in advance). Information hadn't been passed on from the staff in charge during the day to the staff in charge at night. I hope they take measures to prevent this from happening again. Also, there's zero soundproofing, so be careful if that bothers you.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities were excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

There really has never been a hostel as friendly and welcoming as this one, always asking how I am and talking to me. After that, if I go somewhere else, I feel lonely and miss it. Haha I also got together with people to go on a tour, so I had a great time for a cheap price, and thanks to that, I made friends and went to other places together, making a lot of good memories. If you're coming alone, definitely come here. Even if you're not, there are good restaurants nearby, it's nice to walk around, and the tour is good (you should definitely go to Wadi Mujib). There's also a great knafeh restaurant, so definitely go. Even if the line is long, it moves quickly. And the cat staff that lives on the rooftop is so cute!!

The location was great. The people from the hotel very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was a little outdated but was clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy and highly recommend for people who are not looking for luxury.  Very comfortable beds,nice and very clean linens, Great breakfast,amazing staff!😊 Thank you!

It was very cold during the winter and the air conditioner was not enough. It took a very long time for the hot water in the shower to come out. Depending on the season, it will be a good place for cospa.

The front desk and service staff are very warm and friendly to customers, especially knowing that I am a foreigner, the reception is very warm, the sanitation is also good, the stay experience is excellent

Cheap budget friendly hotel conveniently located on rainbow street. Lots of options for food and drink also shopping.
