Seeing Chungju's sights from this hotel is easy with Chungju Sports Complex, 충주시립도서관 and Lotte Cinema Chungju all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service.
"This was a nice little budget motel in Chungju. Not too far from the bus terminal, it was surrounded by other hotels and restaurants.
The staff was friendly, but didn’t speak any English. The rooms were clean and spacious, and everything was well-maintained. They even gave you a little travel bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc in case you forgot something. The beds were the hard Korean style, which might not be compatible with some westerners preference, but the linens were clean and the bed was in good shape.
My only complaint would be the temperature. It was winter time, but with the ondol floor turned up at full blast, the room felt like I was sleeping outside in the summer. I couldn’t find the controls for the ondol floor in the room, so I had to open the window a crack in the dead of window to moderate the temperature somewhat. But given the price and the quality of room, I’d recommend in the future"

"I was worried because there was no review yet, but it was a very beautiful room as it was just renewed or the photo was
It was self check-in, but there is a kiosk at the entrance and scan the reservation number and passport, and the card key comes out.
I could choose Japanese, so it was easy.
It was convenient because there were welcome drinks, Hanjiang ramen and water servers at the front desk and they could be used 24 hours a day.
The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo and body soap.
It was a little inconvenient there because there was no outlet around the bed, but nothing else to say
Check out was also very easy and smooth when I put the card key in the kiosk
I would like to use it when I go to Qingzhou again."

The flight at Cheongju Airport arrived late and searched.
I was on the outside.
The hostel is different as it is in the picture.
The smell of the old hostel is better and the room temperature is 30 degrees when I enter the room
It was 28 degrees after a long time.
The temperature was low while sleeping and the bed was fluffy

Elderly woman who manned the front desk ruined the hotel experience for me. Although i had booked online, she said that she was not told of my reservation and said i had to contact the owner on my own. When i said that I was unable to make calls from my phone, she refused to lend me her phone and also did not want to help me locate the korea tourism agency for assistance. Was unwilling to help call a taxi either. Eventually, she relented and when contacted, the owner confirmed my reservation. When i returned at 4pm, there was again a checkin delay and she had to call the owner to ask which room I should be given. It was a harrowing and haphazard experience. When the lady boss finally arrived back at night, the lady boss was nice and pleasant, but the experience had already been ruined.

Loved the private car parking included.
Loved the pleasant, responsive host/owner.
Stayed 2 nights and staff topped up our supplies, towels and emptied our bin. Our room was spacious.
The rooms seem separated by thin walls only and we could hear the next door neighbours late at night.
Enjoyed the free coffee near the reception desk.
From the photos of the room on the website, however, we expected to be able to cook in our room.....stove top shown in the photos.
But the hotplates were not plugged in, nor were there any cooking utensils, pots or pans, cutlery, plates etc.
This was disappointing and the hotplates should not be shown in the photos of the room as it isisleading.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this Hotel which has a great location on the waterfront.

The room we stayed in was very spacious. The entrance to the bathroom was covered by a curtain, and the inside was all frosted glass. The glass doors to the toilet and shower were shared, which might be scary for people who are very concerned about privacy. We recommend using the overhead shower head in the shower room, otherwise water will accumulate outside after you finish showering!

The location was close to the business trip location, and the accommodation was clean.

Very close to Lotte mart, NC Department Store, and Jiajing Bus Terminal Market. It is super convenient to eat, live and buy. I choose a room type with a massage chair to relieve the fatigue of a day. The cp value is very high. The counter brother is very kind. There is a coffee machine and a snack in the lobby. Although it is an old hotel, the room has been renovated. Large screen TV, electronic wardrobe, very comfortable, will come to stay if you have the opportunity.

The room and washroom were large and the beds were very clean. Personally, what I was most grateful for was the entrance when I entered the room? There was something like that, where I could take off my shoes and change them to the slippers that were prepared.
I arrived after 18:00 on Saturday, but the parking lot was empty and easy to park.

The room is huge and the bed was very comfortable. There is also comfy seating in the room. The bathroom was very clean and good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it’s near to the bike path, I was able to store my bike safely inside. It’s a novel looking building outside but very smart inside. Highly recommend, excellent value for money
