It's absolutely wonderful! It's clean, smells great, and the fridge and freezer inside are fully stocked. Highly recommended! This is the best place in the neighborhood.
I am a customer who has used Nol Trip dozens of times!.
Of course, I also use other places,
but I have one complaint!.
Disposable items are charged 1,000 won, which is not charged at other hotels!
I wonder if it is really necessary to charge them!
It's not because I feel bad, but I want to ask if it is really necessary to charge disposable items, which are not charged at other hotels!
The hotel was very clean, with daily cleaning and friendly staff. I found the location convenient, with plenty of cafes, shops, and shopping centers nearby. Underfloor heating was available, toiletries were changed daily (coffee, tea, water, disposable slippers, disposable toothbrushes, disposable razors, etc.), and the Wi-Fi was stable.
The downsides were probably the poor soundproofing (or maybe it was just because my room was near reception and the elevator; I think it should be better on higher floors). It was cool to sleep if you lay close to the window, and it was very difficult to find parking near the hotel in the evening.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I think I'll stay here again next time, but I'd prefer a room higher up and further from the elevator.
I made a reservation after a long time, but the staff found it even after a long time. The service was good and I had a good time. ㅎㅎ Disposables should be paid, but I was so grateful for the service. ㅎㅎ
Facilities: There is floor heating, the air conditioning temperature can also be adjusted, and there are some facilities. Although the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry, it is larger than expected. I have no windows in this room
Hygienic: Not bad, there will be dust on the corners, but the places that are often used are still clean
Environment: The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. On the fifth floor of a building, there are many shops around, not far from the subway station, very close to the entry and exit.
Service: The service is very good, although it does not speak Korean, the staff is very patient, and the translator can communicate smoothly.
Excellent! I always stay here for business trips and have been here several times. It's super convenient with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby, plus the Line 7 subway. Highly recommend JS boutique hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Location Right Next to Seongnam Sports Complex – A Great Stay for Active Travelers! What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
The hotel is good in general. It is located in an area surrounded by many places where you can find something to eat. It takes 40 min to get to the city center by subway though.
Price Quality very good. If you are planning to visit Seoul I would not recommend it, since it takes 1h by subway to get to the city. I was there for a concert at Goyang Stadium which is 4km from the hotel… after the event was quite hard to take any transport so I walked and was ok. It’s quite cosy, small rooms( also smoking rooms available), even if the cleanliness wasn’t that good… and some furniture and staff in the bathroom is pretty old and the bed sheets and the towels weren’t clean( nor white, like broken, with spots). They didn’t speak English, at least the girl at the counter when I arrived, but for 5 Euros she asked me if I want an early checkin so I was able to enter the room around 12. She used a translator and I we understood each other, she was nice and polite even without speaking English. The amenities were amazing, small skin care one time use, hair straightening, hair spray, also condoms and I was surprised, beside other basic staff like travel kit, women’s kit etc… so big points for that. I mean if you are not picky and pretentious you can go for it. There is just a really small window so there is no much light in the room. There is also a small coffe/ water station next to the reception and you can use it for free.
Based on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.
This is the accommodation I chose for my early morning visit to KINTEX. It is close to the subway station, cheap, and although it is a bit old, the room is spacious and nice. I recommend it if you come alone because the price is cheap.
Hotel Name: Hotel Yam Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) Review: I recently stayed at Hotel Yam in Paju Geumcheon and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers great value for the price, especially considering its modern amenities and convenient location. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and polite. My room was spacious and clean, with all the essentials provided, including a comfortable bed, a small fridge, and free Wi-Fi. The decor was sleek, though a bit minimal, but it felt cozy and perfect for a short stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it ideal for those who want a peaceful environment away from the hustle of central Seoul. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's easy to get around with public transport. The only downside was the noise from neighboring rooms, which could be heard at times, but it wasn't a major issue. Pros: Clean and modern rooms Friendly and professional staff Quiet location with nearby dining options Cons: Noise from neighboring rooms Limited facilities (no gym or pool) Overall, I would recommend Hotel Yam for those looking for a comfortable, no-frills stay in Paju Geumcheon. Would definitely consider staying here again!
They gave us drinks as a service and other amenities were great. We had a great time in a comfortable atmosphere. My friend said it was so good that he wants to come back again.
Hello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea). First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway. Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
