The Pohang Jukdodong Cass provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Pohang Jukdodong Cass offers a pleasant stay in Pohang for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 6km from Pohang Station and 8km from Pohang Gyeongju Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Daejamhol, Pohang Stadium and pohang seventhday day adventist church all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

"Located right next to the Uljin General Bus Terminal, this hotel has been remodeled to look modern and clean, as if it were brand new. Additionally, with Uljin Station just a 500-meter walk away and a free city bus stop right in front, the location was impeccably convenient for travelers using public transportation to get around via city, intercity, and trains. The VIP room I stayed in featured a Styler, two large double beds, a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and two sinks, and a stylish and luxurious interior, allowing for a pleasant two-night stay in this small provincial city that exceeded my expectations."

Soi Hanok Stay

An amazing once-in-a-lifetime hanok experience!! The place was absolutely beautiful, and our host was the kindest person ever. Their service was amazing, even providing us with a bottle of wine, and free breakfast even though it originally didn’t come with our booking. We visited Gyeongju for 3 nights during the windy winter of February, so some of the pros & cons may not be applicable for other seasons: Pros: - Amazing location: right in the heart of Gyeongju’s trendy hanok district, it is a few minutes walk from Hwangnidan-Gil street, Cheonmachong etc. Despite this district being absolutely PACKED in the weekend, our hanok was tucked in a more cozy, quiet corner, above a restaurant. It was then really quiet in our hanok, and we surprisingly didn’t have any problem of smells from the restaurant downstairs coming up into our rooms. - Clean aesthetic that perfectly balances the vibes of a traditional hanok, and a modern hotel. Suitable for those travelling with older families, for example, who may not be able to sleep comfortably on hard floors. The interior designer for this hanok deserves a raise - Floor heating was done well, and we didn’t feel cold at all despite the winds at night during our winter stay - gigantic TV - host was very kind and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp! - appreciated that the toilet and shower were very clean and modern as well! Cons: - there weren’t any wardrobes, and not many hangers were provided to hang your clothes. It’s only a minor issue, since we had more coats for our winter wear. However, since most people are booking this hanok for short stays, it shouldnt be a big issue either - as we came here via car at night, the parking lot assigned to us was a ~2min walk away from the actual hanok, so it was a bit confusing to locate the parking lot and hanok in the dark at first. - at night, the winds in the winter get quite strong, and so like any wooden house - there will naturally be quite a bit of sound like the wooden door shaking, sound of wind etc. Coming from the city, we were a bit scared and thought there were intruders at first LOL. This isn’t a big problem (especially during less windy seasons), but I think it’s just worth keeping in mind, especially if you are very sensitive to sounds when sleeping. If these cons aren’t applicable or big issues for you, then yes I would more than recommend this hanok stay!!! It’s a rare experience, and hence worth the money imho!

Really convenient to be near lots of restaurants, there is a really good bakery cafe in the same building & coupons for the bar across the road. Breakfast included in the stay is basic with eggs, toast and fried rice. There is juice but no coffee. Rooms are huge as is the bath. Only minor thing was the light switches are meant to be remote controlled but that didn’t work so you have to manually go to the switches on the wall near the door. Would stay again.

The hanok (traditional Korean house) was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The host provided a light breakfast, which was just the right amount. I don't usually drink coffee, but the subtle aroma of their coffee was unforgettable. Full marks!

The hotel was overall okay for a short stay. The room was reasonably clean and had the basic amenities needed. The staff was polite and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward. While nothing stood out in particular, everything worked as expected. It is a suitable option if you are looking for a simple and practical place to stay.

The shower and toilet are in the same space (no partition or curtain), so the floor gets wet when you shower, but the drainage is good. You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet (this is common in Gyeongju; public restrooms near Woljeonggyo and at the station are exceptions). Guests get 20% off at the ”Do not disturb” cafe along the road (show room key, receipt, or booking confirmation). Many guests are foreign families, and the Hanbok rental area can get crowded with foreigners at certain times. The hotel staff's service was neither good nor bad (English spoken). They readily agreed to take photos when I rented a Hanbok.

Helpful staff, has laundry onsite but rooftop was not ready yet when I went. Room was quite spacious. No place or rack to put our luggage on. Space was very big and the washroom was separate from our shower.

My review would've been a lot better if there wasn't a promised breakfast. (A box with cup noodles on the floor under the microwave, in the reception area) Most of what made my stay uncomfortable were other guests, they made a mess of the kitchen and during the weekend I actually felt unsafe with the yelling, banging on walls and running through the hallway. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. Towels were fluffy and bedding clean. The coffee machine was empty but immediately refilled when I mentioned it. The cleaning staff did amazing cleaning up the mess in the kitchen every time! Usually there was no staff at the front desk so some instructions on ”breakfast” and where to find staff (in the office next to the elevator) would've been nice, as well as where to find certain shared areas.

1. If you take bus number 210 from Andong Station, you will arrive in about 30 minutes, and you can walk to Hahoe Village. 2. The meals are neat and decent. 3. The air is fresh, and the natural scenery is beautiful. 4. The building is stylish and gets plenty of sunlight. 5. The amenities provided are Nonfiction products, and the shower booth is well-installed, so water does not leak out, making it pleasant. 6. It is regrettable that there is a shortage of staff compared to the number of users.
