MmissanayakaThe smiles and service of the family were good, so I stayed again on the last day of my stay in Weligama. The area around the facility is quiet and you can stay at ease. The breakfast was very delicious! Especially fish curry. It was delicious and refilled. My father was very wild and kind, and my mother was a kind person who served a lot of delicious food. Thank you very much.

ДдедуляThis hotel is all about show. All attention is paid to the exterior. The entrance and restaurant are beautifully decorated. The staff is attentive. The food is decent. All the rooms have a balcony overlooking the ocean. The view is wonderful, but! There's no access to the sea. You have to walk a long way to get to the beach (even though it's right on the beach). There's simply no soundproofing. You can hear everything in your room, including traffic from the street and music from the countless cafes and restaurants. Therefore, this is a hotel for young partygoers. You can have a blast here. If you've come to have fun, stay up all night, or go diving (there's a club right on the premises), then this is the place for you!

Pph37czThe room was pretty clean but it needs renovation. There was no aircon inside (only fan). Bedsheets were clean as well.
They also provide a towel.
As for bath and toilet it was also pretty clean and needs renovation as well. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. There was only one hanger inside and toilet paper as well.
There was a kettle in lobby on ground floor.
As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection was pretty stable.
Located in 10 mins walking distance from turtle beach.
The staff was accomodating and helpful.

GGuest UserSky Garden Mini Hotel is a fantastic hotel and an exceptional value. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially DarShan and Cami), it is very close to the beach, the rooms are large and clean, the compound is tropical (There are even wild monkeys running around, but just be careful as they will steal food that you leave out and possibly valuables if they're feeling particularly cheeky.), and there are many restaurants/shops nearby. All-in-all, a fantastic stay!

AAnonymous UserThis B&B is the owner's own house. The room on the third floor rooftop is for guests to stay. The owner is very welcoming❤ The two daughters are also very cute. The breakfast is super good👍 The hostess cooks it herself. The bread is baked very deliciously. There are also freshly squeezed juice, yogurt, fruit, fried eggs, jam, butter, and freshly made snacks the next day. Very cost-effective! The bedding is neat and clean, and the air conditioner and water heater work well. The only drawback is that it is more than two kilometers away from the ancient city. Before 9:30 in the evening, there will be noise when someone uses water to pump the water pump. There will be no sound when it is turned off after falling asleep.

TTraveling TanI enjoyed my time at Ara Beach Resort, thanks to its excellent location and the fabulous pool. The staff were friendly and added to the resort's pleasant atmosphere.
However, I'd suggest a little more focus on cleaning and keeping the buffet breakfast items hot. The food was delicious but consistently served cold.
With these small changes, Ara Beach Resort could be even more wonderful.

IIGORILLOThe best place to stay in. The hotel is owned by 4 brothers who are very helpful and know how to cook well. Here were the best breakfasts that I have ever seen in Sri Lanka.
Here you will feel as at home. The rooms are freshly renovated, furniture is nice, the house is rich. Good beach in near. Sanju (one of the brothers) is also a surfer, so you can ask him for some lessons :)

The kitchen is outstanding: a wide variety of utensils, a microwave, rice cooker, stovetops, and all necessary crockery. Free drinking water and tea are provided. There are also clothes drying racks. The hot water has excellent pressure.

GGuest UserMy husband and I loved everything! The location is great, the price is reasonable. The hotel is right on the beachfront, with direct ocean views from the courtyard! The room isn't a luxury suite, which is understandable—it's Sri Lanka. But the owner, his wife, and the entire staff really do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. They also speak very good English. We had no problems checking in either. Our room overlooked the Citrus Hotel courtyard—it's absolutely beautiful: a lawn, a pool, palm trees—a beautiful view!

AAnonymous UserIt was a great place to stay for a safari. It's a big family house with 3 floors. Everything was clean and the owner and his family were very nice. I stayed in a shared room but was alone there. The view through the window was amazing.
The owner was happy to help with safari or taxi booking. Overall, a nice place to stay
