Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've done a lot of solo traveling around Malaysia, and out of all the places I've stayed, Hotel Andiana has been the most comfortable and satisfying. The price for one night is incredibly affordable, the staff's service is excellent, the room amenities are complete, and the room even smells lovely! 😍 The only minor downside is that dining options are a bit far.
The hotel has a very good location, close to food and nearby conveniences. The room and facilities are average, clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Service is fine, nothing special but no major issues encountered.
Overall, a reasonable place to stay.
The room is tiny… you can barely walk between the beds. The cleanliness needs a lot of improvement; the toilet tiles have old, uncleaned stains. The bedsheets also have holes in them 😅😅😅 The pillows are too high 😅 And the mattress is uncomfortable! Woke up with a sore body 😅😅😅
The lack of an elevator is a huge drawback! Carrying luggage upstairs… is strenuous and inconvenient! Older people or those with mobility issues… definitely shouldn't book this place!
The hot water is also inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold…
There are quite a few ants too!
The only thing worth considering is the convenient location; it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Chinatown. It’s also close to coffee shops and noodle eateries.
Parking is free though!
The hotel's facilities are very modern and the environment is exceptionally elegant. Whenever we had a request, the staff were incredibly responsive. Plus, the room's cleanliness was top-notch. It was a truly excellent stay.
For families with babies, no fridge in here. Cheap enough for the price though so just an fiy. Then, the exhaust fan in the toilet were very loud (It's link with the toilet light). Would disturb sleep if you're a light sleeper. Advertise for its Muslim friendly, but still no tap water at knee height for easy absolution, there's tap water at the sink, bidet (with the trigger) and a shower head.
Very good location - in an area that has a lot of cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores all within walking distance. No complain about the room except that the plug head area isn’t very convenient for me to work at the desk. Only all in one shower gel is provided. Room is clean and comfy. There’s also a lift in the hotel. Good choice to stay here for the price.
The room is very clean and comfortable.
Parking is very easy if you want to take out or put bags in the car.
There is also provide ‘sejadah’ for solat.
There are also many CCTV outside the room and in the area near the hotel.
Pros: strategic location, spacious room, apartment style with pantry
Cons: bathroom seriously need and upgrade, mold everywhere and do not look clean. The room also have a look wear and tear. Need and upgrade as well.
The hotel is in a very good location, room spacious and definitely the area have a Madinah/Mecca like feeling. Easy to go to Muhammadi mosque. But the hotel ia in serious need of an upgrade and renovation.
The hotel has a strong old-fashioned feel. The air conditioning is OK, not as bad as the previous comments say. There is no quilt, but the blanket in the photo. But the advantage should be that someone washes it for each guest, each has its pros and cons. Bus No. 9 from the airport. It runs every 2 hours. The terminal is not far from the hotel. And there should be a stop for passengers to get on and off at the intersection of Zheng He Archway.

HHerman_travellerAffordable hotel in the city center of Kota Bharu. This is my second time here, but this time I booked a larger room with a nice price.
Limited parking lots, and avoid parking at the hotel to save your car from the birds’ poop. On the last day, I parked in front of Pelangi apartment.

GGuest UserOverall room ok. They have functional tv, ac, wardrobe, bed, toilet. But the cleanliness for toilet just average because there still have some little bit mold at the edge of sink and there have some clogged water on the shower bath space. Lastly also for parking it is quite limited actually for 7/8 car, but if it on holiday season it might hard to park near there.

Poor location of power socket to charge mobile
Hidden below the dressing table or inside the cabinet that is where the fridge is located
Staff very friendly
Location superb
