air conditioner need to fix or services room very hot. when i ask for hairdryer the receptionist told me to wait for 2hours then lastly i got nothing from my waiting, no hairdryer no aircond fix. please give a good service next time.

Had an excellent experience of staycation at Hotel 7 Suria. We requested bed deco for my daughter’s birthday and they did it amazingly ❤️❤️ Very good service from this hotel. Room is spacious with good amenities. Breakfast was ok and good too. Will come here again when we come to KK. Keep up the good job! ❤️

I arrived at 9 AM and was immediately checked in. After a good sleep, I headed out to explore. No deposit was required, which was a nice touch. The staff were all smiles and made me feel right at home. Next time I'm in Kota Kinabalu, I'll definitely choose this place again. The privacy is excellent, and the capsule rooms are great. It's also conveniently located near the Central Market and Gaya Street, making it easy to get around.

Super cool concept! The space pods are really cool and spacious. The TV in the pod doesn't have access to Netflix or your phone so we couldn't watch anything on it. About a 15 minute walk to the seafront.
Only squat toilets on the floor of our room and some of them spray your feet from the back of it with water.

Every evening we can hear loud banging outside . During our last night, We realize our room door cannot be lock from inside hence there was a stranger open our room door , my sister in law was in shock and we stayed awake the whole night since the next day we are checking out. We also didnt sleep well cause We can hear stomping from above our room during 10pm till 12am .

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is ranked as the third best sunset beach in the world. It's an older hotel with small balconies and a quiet atmosphere. The front desk was able to arrange an early check-in. They speak fluent English, but didn't understand any Chinese. There aren't many food stores nearby, and seafood is quite expensive. It's a convenient 10-kilometer taxi ride to the city center.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I had a very pleasant experience. I was impressed with the room, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The airport transfer service was also very punctual and well arranged. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again

The hotel location is very excellent for many different interests can be found within the perimeter of the hotel.
The reception michel was nice and professional,hotel needs a bit of updating especially on the wall of the rooms otherwise is ok.
Size of the room was reasonable and with queen bed ok,
Cleaning and changes of linen was fantastic too,shout out to the cleaning ladies.
Reasonable price with shops down stair and small bakery in the house good idea.

No regrets staying here and travelling out 40mins each morning to where we need to be. 1 yr old Inn is clean and staff are friendly and served well. Clean room, breakfast is made to order (select from set). View is amazing. Only downsize is that early in the morning, you can hear the cars running up and down the bypass if your room faces the main road. Comfortable stay and will choose to stay again in future. There is a convenience store, laundromat and even ATM and cafe at the Inn.

I was there for Christmas Eve. Welcome was super warm and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I stayed at the dormitory. Which was very affordable for the superb service they give. Its about 1+ KM to BSBCC & Orang Utan Conservation Centre. If you need a quiet & relaxing place, now you know where to go!

Amazing place in the middle of the jungle! Very friendly and supportive staff, AC was good. Wifi also worked everywhere (we stayed closer to the pool) It was good enough to have online classes. We found there gooses, amazing birds, turtles.

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking—Mount Kinabalu right in view, misty mornings, and cool, crisp air all day. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a small kitchen and private balcony. The garden outside is lovely, with flowers, vegetables, and even a little stream. It’s very quiet and perfect for relaxing. However, getting there was a bit tricky—the road is narrow and steep, so I’d recommend using a 4WD. Also, the hot water was a bit unreliable

Overall the trip is quite nice, only the fan can be squeaky, but air conditioning works fine, bathroom is okay, only the water heater knob can be sometimes not functioning. Parking space can be find easily
