This hotel is super convenient – it's just a few minutes from the airport and directly connected to a mall, making shopping and dining a breeze. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning, and the 16th-floor view is absolutely stunning. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Sarawak Laksa was incredibly delicious. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making it fantastic value for money. I highly recommend it! Plus, they even offer free power bank rentals, which shows great attention to detail and made for an excellent overall experience.

We stayed for 5 nights. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean and spacious. However, breakfast was expensive for the quantity provided, and there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, so we had to buy our own. The staff were friendly, and we would definitely stay here again.

Good location, 10mins walk to waterfront, 5mins walk to The Hills shopping mall, 5mins walk to TopSpot seafood ctr. Room is small, enough space to walk only. Air-conditioning excellent, shower hot water tip top. There's one Cowa water dispenser on ground floor n three units on first floor. No face/hand towel, bath towels are old n yellowish. There are vending machines at the lobby which provide daily stuffs

Good place to stay, near the town

My experience was nice and nothing issue about this place. I like to their security system, basement parking space, and convenience store. Hope I can stay at here again!!

It's an old hotel, but opposite it has place to eat. The receptionists are very friendly & helpful. The room is okay & clean. Suitable for a short stay.

Take a long time to check in even though I came at the second day of our stay cause flight delay.. and have to show the receipt from trip.Com to show if the prices already include tax or not.. I think they should've prepared this before guest arrived for i already booked weeks before. Amenities is to simple they only gave small soap bar and mini sachet shampoo the best thing of this hotel is only the location which is near to restaurants and convenient stores

Stay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

Everything what u expected with that cheap price, but it's all worth it. The room are clean and have all that necessity, even have mini fridge too. Will book it next time 😍

The staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile
