I got lost three times at the wrong branch of the swing & pillow hotel. It was very tiring. And you know what? It turns out this hotel is next to Bary Inn. And this used to be part of the Bary Inn hotel so it still looks newly renovated. The room is small, suitable for short transit. The downside is there are no tea / coffee sachets in the room, no shampoo, no toothbrush provided. Around me I only found two restaurants that require a 10-minute walk. For comfort and security, it's quite good because we are given two cards, one access card to enter the hotel and one card for the room. The bed is a bit short for me who is 175cm 🤭 but the front desk staff are very friendly. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and service enhancements so that transitors will want to stay here. because the other branches are better and have more places to eat.

Nice hotel and clean . Strategic location but far from public transport. But will come again for business trip .

The hotel located up above the Pelita Restaurant can be accessed using an elevator. Nice place to stay because shop/cafe/shopping mall just walking distance. Recommended.

IT COULD HAVE BEEN 5/5 STAY BUT I RATE IT 2/5. everything was great. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. service was great. it is understandable on the aircond system as the whole ventilation is combined on that floor. so you cannot properly control the temperature of the room. but it was fine as we can just shut the valve. the amenities could have been perfect, I SHOULD HAVE RATE IT 5/5!! however the only downside is the parking lot area. i stay for one night but need to pay rm30 for parking???!!! i wish they could address this issue well because i have been seeing bad reviews on the parking as well. it defeats the purpose of capsule hotel to be budget friendly. with rm30 for car park + rm40 for a room = rm70. i should have just book a normal hotel 🤣. i love staying here. i really do. but please fix the parking part. i would’ve suggest the management to collab with the building owner to get some discount on car park for your guests. im willing to pay rm10 for carpark for as long as you stay to be the guest of Napzbox 😫🙏. rm30 is such a steal. hence thats why my rating was like that :(( anyway i did ask them about the parking before getting there, but they don’t really answer that part. if they can provide better, they can clearly answer my question.

Affordable and quiet nice for short stay especially if you transit more than 24 hour. Can use grab to go here. But beware scam by grab, they ask to raise the fare (different from Grab Apps). Staff were good, helping you to book grab without hidden fare. ✨🤙🏻 p/s: Sorry doesnt have a proper picture ✌🏼

My first time staying here with a friend. The aircond isn’t as cooling as expected. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. We were provided with a hairdryer when requested for one but the plug was 2 flat pin whilst the room plug is 3pin. Went to ask for an adapter but was told they don’t have. Why provide a hairdryer that doesn’t come with proper plug?

This hotel located in strategic place with alot of food stall, bank and 3km to sunway pyramid. No issue on parking , down the flow already have 24 hour stall . All fast food is around the corner from MCD pizza and kfc . A lot coffee cafe also .

The toilet flush is not working 😏 and no free parking cos need to use TnG to enter and can get RM3 fee parking for the whole day if you’re the hotel guest, I used my dr card and the parking is so expensive 😭. Other service as per above rating.

Book this hotel for its location for attending class nearby. The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price. Only street parking is available for this hotel. There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area. Selected a twin-bed room with a window. The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape. There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge. The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it. The front desk staff is friendly too. Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel

good service, the first time we entered there was no wifi, and we told them and they gave us another room but the room smelled of cigarettes. We complained again and they exchanged our room for a nicer and cleaner one, near the mall and many restaurant areas.good
