GGuest UserThe place is ok .. not very clean, not very dirty .. just a bit noisy because there is a badminton court, right .. because I have a newborn .. but overall it's ok, no complain because there's no hotel holiday, right

RRachel SwizzI don't understand some of the negative comments. The location is great, everything is close by. The rooms are clean and free of bugs. Toilet paper and towels are provided. There’s a small shop next to the reception. The road and the small uphill walk are not a problem at all. I recommend this place.

Ggiul007Unforgettable experience. Hospitality and service at all times, even when reception is closed (at 10 pm). Privacy, surrounded by nature, yet equipped with every comfort (rooms with breathtaking views, air conditioning and towels changed upon request, hairdryer available upon request).

The room was compact but well-organized—clean sheets, decent mattress, and surprisingly quiet at night, which made a big difference for sleep quality. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for basic use.
The bathroom was simple but clean, with good water pressure and hot water available. Don’t expect luxury amenities, but everything essential was there and functioning. Staff were polite, check-in was quick, and there were no unnecessary complications.
Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy access to food and transport, which adds a lot of value considering how affordable it is.
Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap, no-nonsense single room that delivers on cleanliness and comfort, this place is a solid choice. Not fancy, but reliable—and that’s exactly what you want at this price point.

陌陌生人甲Had a great stay at Suite 18 Kuala Terengganu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice modern design. Location is convenient and close to food spots and attractions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

JJINGARIELBooked this place as a stopover for Redang Island. Check-in was done by ringing a bell, and check-out was self-service. It's super close to the market and Chinatown. The room was spacious, had a mini-fridge, and one of the beds was a coir mattress, which was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on.

GGuest UserOverall, our family was satisfied with our stay for 3 nights at Melur Inn KT. Room for family was spacious and comfortable, bathroom was large and clean with amenities such as towels, water heater and bath soap. Other facilities such as kettle jug, coffee, sugar and creamer are also provided. The hotel's position is also strategic, which is close to Tok Jembal mosque, UniSZA, interesting dining, resort beach and also shopping. the parking facilities are also quite large provided behind the hotel.it's just that the hotel has no elevator facilities and the family room is on the 2nd floor,probably not suitable for the old people and individuals with other health problems.

MM Azmi MStayed for 3 nights. Overall, this place has so much potential. The kampung ambience is so peaceful and inviting. The old Istana (palace) transformed into rooms gave the kampung lifestyle feels. Just walking distance to the beach and the scenery of the whole resort is tranquil. Nevertheless, suggest to clean and restore the pond around the resort. Re-do the whole landscaping around the resort and plant all the local flowers, fruit trees and herbal plants. And to install more solar lights. With this new facelift of the whole sorroundings, will surely invite repeating guests. Shoutout to the friendly staffs too. (P/S: suggests to invest on bed bug spray for each room too)
