The place is ok .. not very clean, not very dirty .. just a bit noisy because there is a badminton court, right .. because I have a newborn .. but overall it's ok, no complain because there's no hotel holiday, right

The entrance to the facility can be easily found following the dirt road connecting long beach to coral bay. The road starts on the further side from the pier, shortly before Seahorse Divers. Coming from long beach, you just need to walk about 50 meters to get to the entrance. The facility itself is quite large and extends from the bottom to the top of the eastern side of the hill. Depending on your room you might have to walk uphill for a couple of hundred meters. Contrary to what I read in some reviews, at the moment there is no shop, no restaurant and there are no tours offered within the compound. Nevertheless this is not an issue due to the proximity to both beaches where you can find all needed restaurants and services. On the positive side I want to highlight the size and the cleanliness of the room. Very important is also the fact that the mosquito nets are in good shape and inside the room I didn't encounter any mosquitoes at all. The resort itself is kept in a good shape, the maintenance team works daily on minor building renovations and path cleaning. Locals also seem to appreciate the ironing station behind the reception, next to a large common area where it's possible to connect to the internet as WiFi doesn't work in the rooms more uphill. On the negative side the resort strictly enforces a 3 pm check-in policy, which is quite unfortunate as many guests come with the first boats in the morning. Moreover many rooms lack air conditioning. While this is clear at the moment of booking and the fans are doing a decent job, temperatures in the rooms stay high even during the night.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and feels just like a five-star hotel. The rooms are spotless, the facilities are modern, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I was really impressed with the overall quality, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and high-standard stay.

Unforgettable experience. Hospitality and service at all times, even when reception is closed (at 10 pm). Privacy, surrounded by nature, yet equipped with every comfort (rooms with breathtaking views, air conditioning and towels changed upon request, hairdryer available upon request). Highly recommended!

Stayed in a single bedroom here for a short trip and honestly, for the price, it exceeded expectations. The room was compact but well-organized—clean sheets, decent mattress, and surprisingly quiet at night, which made a big difference for sleep quality. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for basic use. The bathroom was simple but clean, with good water pressure and hot water available. Don’t expect luxury amenities, but everything essential was there and functioning. Staff were polite, check-in was quick, and there were no unnecessary complications. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy access to food and transport, which adds a lot of value considering how affordable it is. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap, no-nonsense single room that delivers on cleanliness and comfort, this place is a solid choice. Not fancy, but reliable—and that’s exactly what you want at this price point.

I like the service provided by the hotel. The hotel also offers facilities that are sufficient for the price offered. In my opinion, the service given is already very good. I would like to express my gratitude for the meaningful experience during my stay at The Inn Hotel.

Had a wonderful stay in here for 1 night only. I can say the room very clean, staff very helpful and always ready to help whenever I need an assist. The location are walking distance to Pasar Payang and near to Bus Terminal too. Very limited parking but there is near public parking around there. Looking forward to stay here again for my next visit in Terengganu 💜

Booked this place as a stopover for Redang Island. Check-in was done by ringing a bell, and check-out was self-service. It's super close to the market and Chinatown. The room was spacious, had a mini-fridge, and one of the beds was a coir mattress, which was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on.

Overall, our family was satisfied with our stay for 3 nights at Melur Inn KT. Room for family was spacious and comfortable, bathroom was large and clean with amenities such as towels, water heater and bath soap. Other facilities such as kettle jug, coffee, sugar and creamer are also provided. The hotel's position is also strategic, which is close to Tok Jembal mosque, UniSZA, interesting dining, resort beach and also shopping. the parking facilities are also quite large provided behind the hotel.it's just that the hotel has no elevator facilities and the family room is on the 2nd floor,probably not suitable for the old people and individuals with other health problems.
