GGuest UserThe place is ok .. not very clean, not very dirty .. just a bit noisy because there is a badminton court, right .. because I have a newborn .. but overall it's ok, no complain because there's no hotel holiday, right

RRachel SwizzI don't understand some of the negative comments. The location is great, everything is close by. The rooms are clean and free of bugs. Toilet paper and towels are provided. There’s a small shop next to the reception. The road and the small uphill walk are not a problem at all. I recommend this place.

WWAQAS 256This resort is wonderful place to stay in a very good budget compared to other resorts around. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. 24/7 air conditioning and water heating facility available. The hotel staff was super kind and friendly.
You can enjoy drinks at the bar with Akmal and gossip with nice music ❤️
They serve amazing food and offer snorkeling trips , boat taxis, kayak and other facilities.

AAilynder KaurBack at here the second time and yet still very impressed with the room. The room is always clean and giving me good comfortable shower. Location wise is always very convenient, 7-11 just next tithe hotel and eateries are just walking distance away.

JJINGARIELBooked this place as a stopover for Redang Island. Check-in was done by ringing a bell, and check-out was self-service. It's super close to the market and Chinatown. The room was spacious, had a mini-fridge, and one of the beds was a coir mattress, which was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on.

MM Azmi MStayed for 3 nights. Overall, this place has so much potential. The kampung ambience is so peaceful and inviting. The old Istana (palace) transformed into rooms gave the kampung lifestyle feels. Just walking distance to the beach and the scenery of the whole resort is tranquil. Nevertheless, suggest to clean and restore the pond around the resort. Re-do the whole landscaping around the resort and plant all the local flowers, fruit trees and herbal plants. And to install more solar lights. With this new facelift of the whole sorroundings, will surely invite repeating guests. Shoutout to the friendly staffs too. (P/S: suggests to invest on bed bug spray for each room too)

AAcikSukaJalan2If you only need a bed to crash after a long journey, this place is ok la. We checked in around 10 pm and thought a night movie would be nice, but when I asked for help to connect the Astro, both the receptionist and the owner said they didn’t know. In the end, nothing was done — which makes me think the subscription wasn’t even paid.
What’s worse, I tried WhatsApp on both numbers given, but got no reply at all. For a guesthouse, basic service and communication like this shouldn’t be ignored.
The room was decent for a budget stay, but management really needs to improve. Guests don’t expect 5-star service, but at least some effort and clear answers would go a long way.
