I like the service provided by the hotel. The hotel also offers facilities that are sufficient for the price offered. In my opinion, the service given is already very good. I would like to express my gratitude for the meaningful experience during my stay at The Inn Hotel.

Booked this place as a stopover for Redang Island. Check-in was done by ringing a bell, and check-out was self-service. It's super close to the market and Chinatown. The room was spacious, had a mini-fridge, and one of the beds was a coir mattress, which was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on.

The receptionist is very friendly! The room is just nice and clean. If I had the chance, I’ll definitely come again.

Had a great stay at Suite 18 Kuala Terengganu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice modern design. Location is convenient and close to food spots and attractions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good value stay—would come back again!

Room is small for family stay as it is located at shoplot. But the overall cleanliness and convenient are good. Pizza hut and Mr DIY same row and opposite.

The hotel is situated directly opposite Terengganu Airport, just separated by a wire fence. The reception staff were very polite; they even promptly reminded me about my forgotten passport. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, but for guests departing early, they kindly prepared breakfast packs and even walked them to the airport entrance, despite the drive only taking about three minutes. However, the hygiene conditions were quite concerning. The bathroom lacked proper wet/dry separation, the electric water heater provided very weak water pressure, and to top it off, I stepped on a huge cockroach while using the toilet at night. The mattress was generally acceptable, but anyone with high hygiene standards would likely find the pillows quite unappealing. Overall, this place might suit travelers catching a very early flight, especially those with lots of luggage who prioritize convenience over pristine hygiene.

Very convenient location, close to bus terminal and Chinatown. Room quite spacious and quiet, thus slept well. But no fridge to keep orange juice, and thus got lot of small ants, not so pleasant. Hotel provides late check out till 13:00.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and feels just like a five-star hotel. The rooms are spotless, the facilities are modern, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I was really impressed with the overall quality, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and high-standard stay.
