SMDC condos are a solid choice for those prioritizing lifestyle amenities and accessibility. While there may be occasional concerns with construction quality, the overall value and community experience make them a worthwhile investment.
We stayed at Regency 2. We had no trouble with cleanliness. Everything was clean and the location was good. There was a Mcdonald’s right beside the hotel and we were one ride away from SM Molino and SM Bacoor. A complain that I have is that the bathtub was unusable as the drain is open with no lid or option to close.
The place is very convenient. Located just before Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay Road coming from Manila. Budget friendly too of you are looking for a quick overnight stay. Wifi is good, fast and very reliable available 24/7. The place is situated near on almost all the beautiful places in Tagaytay and nearby Batangas and Cavite. We have a great stay. Thanks Trip.com and the RedDoorz!!!
The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.
A lovely, romantic stay. A unique experience. Me and my girlfriend had a fabulous time. Next to the beach a classy restaurant bar, serving delicious food.
I was expecting our room to face a very beautiful view of mountains and nature but turns out ti be a view of untrimmed grasses and the parking lot. Anyway, I appreciate the accomodation and the location since it is near the central business district.
I recently stayed at Sans Hotel near Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and I’d like to share my experience for anyone considering a visit — especially for those planning a quick weekend trip, theme park outing, or business stop in the area.
The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely its proximity to Enchanted Kingdom — it’s just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient for our itinerary. The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay.
The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh.
The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work.
The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. The front desk was efficient, and the overall service felt smooth and hassle-free.
I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel maintained good cleaning standards, and common areas were well-kept. The building felt secure, with proper access controls, and I noticed that health and safety protocols were being observed.
If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay near Enchanted Kingdom, Sans Hotel is a great choice. It's ideal for short stays, quick business trips, or family outings to the amusement park.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.
Thank you, Sans Hotel, for a simple but satisfying stay!
The de luxe room was fine, but there's no fridge in the room.Comes with free breakfast but not a lot of choices. When we checked in they asked if what breakfast would we like to have the following morning,my husband chose a sandwich and they said ok since sandwiches are part of their free breaky. But end up receiving a call the following morning telling us that there's no available sandwiches.
The worst thing is we didn't sleep properly because of the noises from other guest, there were slamming the door at midnight, knocking and yelling to their rooms, obviously because they dont have spare key.A kid screaming and crying at 2am and throwing tantrums to the parents, and parents just ignored him and let the kid do whatever he wants. It felt like we were not in a hotel but in a market .It's very noisy at night. In short the guest can just do whatever they want eventhough it was in the middle of the night the cause disruption to other guests. The hotel should inform their guest to be aware of not making so much noise most especially if it is late at night already.
Salute to the guard on duty, his service was very good.

AAnonymous UserThe location is really convinient. Just a few step from mall and terminal, theres a 24hr convinient store nearby. You must bring your own water when i try to order for room service it's not available 😂 athe vault is not working and kinda confussing that you need to leave the key to the reception when you want to go somewhere, don't expect too much for 20$ hotel. But if you just want to have a place to sleep and convinient are, this is already a good one.

5 Stars – A True Hidden Gem in Cavinti!
Staying at the Ysabella Suite of FYLL Homes was such a delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the elegant Art Deco-inspired interiors—every corner was thoughtfully designed and beautifully curated. It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style and comfort, but Ysabella Suite nailed it.
The suite was impeccably clean, well-lit, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved the cozy ambiance—it felt like a boutique hotel but with the warmth of home. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference.
The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They’ve truly created a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and feel cared for.
If you’re looking for a serene escape with boutique vibes and modern comforts, Ysabella Suite at FYLL Homes is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family!
JJherruIts a great place, good amenities with multiple choice of pools. You can enjoy together with your friend family. They also offer lot of exciting variety of foods. The restaurant has a very good overlooking view of the mountain. Great Customer service. All staff was great and accomodating.
SSEEDS.PHJust one problem the staff forgot the towels inside the room. They apologized with their mistakes for not providing towels in the room. I hope there will be no more mistake next time.

AAnonymous UserLocation is accessible to Taytay provincial hospital, police station, church , shopping Centre and Taytay Market,
Bathroom tiles has mild dew and the table is visibly unclean, rusty shower and towel rack. I noticed some sacks of cements and pail of paints near the Lift so I’m assuming they’re doing some renovations. I hope next visit would be spotless 😄
The room is unexpectedly spacious.
Clean but Torn towels. ( the laundromat staff might projected his anger to the towels🤣🤣🤣)
I slept well. So far they have the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I slept within the week among 4 hotels .
The receptionist let us in 1 hour before our check in, the Security guard is very helpful.
Search the mystery object in the toilet😆
