we are satisfied 1 night stay anytime in room standard doubles single no adults only 2 people but sometimes the other room is sold out and there is a separate toilet for female and male.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's nice. They even upgraded our room! It's also easy to access the beach. Thank you to the staff who helped us with our luggage

Booked this hotel for the second time to give it another try as our first experience was rather unpleasant with dated facilities and cleanliness issues. Nothing improved in my opinion. The bathroom was slippery, seems like they just cleaned it right before checking and floor needs more rinsing plus drying. Room was mouldy too. There are only 2 working sockets below the television - one of which you can see the socket flung open with wirings visible. Also, the rooms are located on the 3rd floor however the staff were accommodating in helping to carry the luggages. Hope the facilities improve especially cleanliness otherwise, location is superb.

The property was clean but the WiFi inside the room is too slow. The staff are absolutely nice! The photo below is the near nearby by taking the shortcut from the hotel going to the beach

It was an overall great experience, but we had a water heater issue on our first day, which should’ve been at least checked before guest checks in, sobrang lamig ng tubig. 😥 I also noticed some mold on the ceiling, and a foul odor coming from the bathroom, could be because it doesn’t have exhaust fan. Breakfast is great, staff are kind, their cafe’s food is great too!!! Overall it was safe and pleasant stay!!

We enjoyed pur stay. Even upgraded our room from no toilet to with toilet. Friendly and approchable staff. Very clean room and dining. Nice and relaxing environment. Most of all very affordable. Location very near sa station 1 tawid lng maliligo kana. Near sa Willy's rock. Thank you sa lahat ng staff...Babalik kami next time... 😊

GGuest UserStayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.

CChen PangilinanSobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord.
May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.
Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊

AAnonymous UserOverall, the was good and the staff are very nice and responsive. But the problem with their room accommodation is their bathroom. The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing.

-No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location.
- No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs.
- Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon.
- if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road.
- If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner.
- Towels must be asked.
- Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu.
- The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯
- If you just want a place to stay, you can book here.

AAnonymous UserVery good location, walking distance to Festive Walk. Coffee house just outside. There is a terrace for eating. Water dispenser is available. Good wifi in our room, and we could watch YouTube in the Smart TV. Simple packed breakfast included. Good value for the price.

RRCMARFAThe location is perfect because it is at the center of station 2. It is very near to most bars, restaurants, shops and the dmall. The aircon is really cold excellent. The shower is perfectly working like they have heater and spacious bathroom. The only thing we have noticed is it is not a very new hotel like the others. The floors and tires are old and hairs are somehow everywhere. The bidet in our room is not working and the room to the balcony is hard to open. The pool is now converted into a bar. But overall it was a very nice stay. The staff are nice, the price is reasonable actually it is perfect for the budget and thè breakfast inclusion is a treat.

Pph37czThe room was pretty clean but hot even though there was a fan which worked too noisy for comfortable sleeping. Bedsheets and towel were not clean enough.
As for common bath and toilets it was also not clean enough, there was no even toilet paper inside cabins and also they don't offer a shampoo/shower gel.
Located comfortable in central place with 2 big supermarkets nearby.
The staff was pretty welcoming and friendly.
There were no hot water in the bath.
