When booking the room I was sure that inside there was my toilet and shower, but when the settlement turned out that the conveniences are common, pay attention to it!!! It is very important for me that the conveniences are personal, so if it is as critical for you, I do not recommend this hotel (host).
Also another moment that embarrassed that at night the doors with common zones are not closed, those can come in. The common doors leading from the elevator are not closed by any code lock. The administration said that cameras are everywhere, but personally for me cameras can't stop at the time of the incident, they can help somehow in court. So for me this nuance also caused discomfort.
In all the rest it is good: Clean, convenient location, pleasant yard, made through the application without the decoration of additional papers and passport scan.

Stopped between the flights in the room with their sanctuary and a window in the roof, clean and pleasant girl on the receptacle. In the common kitchen, you can heat food and cook tea. For its price, an excellent option, all recommend, wi-fi, and a number of pizza with huge servings

Hotel location is very good, very close to Shaman Rock, convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset. The fly in the ointment is that there are more hotel rules, and other guests who comment on it have also mentioned it. In addition, you have to come back early to take a bath, otherwise the hot water will be used up, and there is no hot water to take a bath. The room temperature was low at night and I slept in a sweater at night. I asked other tourists, and the heating in other hotels was quite sufficient.

A very satisfying accommodation experience. The front desk spoke good English and had no communication barriers. They could help book tickets back to the Irkutsk hotel and a day trip to the island. The breakfast tasted good and was very filling. It was a 10-minute walk from the Khuzhir bus stop, which was quite convenient.

Selected a hotel for night between flights. In the night, a taxi (300 rubles) arrived at the airport. The hotel is located at the basement of a multi-apartment house. On the 24-hour reception hall, the room is spacious, clean. There is a common kitchen with a refrigerator and tea ingredients. In general, it is good.

BaikalSKI Hostel - The hostel is located in the center of Baikalsk, within walking distance (450 m) from Lake Baikal. A ten-minute drive from the hostel is the Baikal ski resort "Mount Sobolinaya". Shuttle buses to the resort stop at the central square, which is located next to the hostel.

Facilities: Public restrooms, prices similar to those in the city center. Bicycles are available for 300 baht per hour, or 1000 baht for unlimited use.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, with a pleasant fragrance upon entering.
Environment: The interior is nice, but the exterior is all dirt roads. The location is rather remote, far from the main road and restaurants.
Service: The owner, Mike, provides excellent service. He and his family prepare the meals, and English is fluent.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are high and spacious, and the location is convenient, within walking distance of any attractions and the Central Market. However… however… however… the tram outside is terrifying! Every time it passes, the ground shakes and the thunderous roar scares me half to death. The last tram runs until midnight, and the first tram wakes me up at 4:20 AM, making it unsuitable for resting during a trip.

We really loved the hotel; it felt like we were visiting relatives in the countryside. The hotel is a historic building, with a courtyard decorated with garlands and tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy breakfast and lunch while looking out over this beautiful setting. Most importantly, almost everything in the hotel is genuine vintage, not refurbished or ”antique.” So if comfort and state-of-the-art plumbing are your top priorities, you'll want to stay somewhere else, a comfortable but impersonal hotel. We really liked the room's interior, and the hotel has very high ceilings, so you don't feel like you're in a small cage. The bed linen was fresh and clean—white stripe satin—and the room overall was so clean that I felt like I could walk barefoot on the wooden floors, which is something I rarely do. Yes, the hotel is very noisy, but it didn't bother us, perhaps because we were lucky with our neighbors. The hotel staff deserves special thanks: they checked us in much earlier, allowing us to rest after the journey, and they were very responsive to all our requests and questions. If we ever return to Irkutsk, we'll most likely return here again.

Location: 10min walk to business zone. Very near to bus station and tramway stop. Bad: Its nearness to the tramway stop makes it easily affected by its noise. The noise usually stops at 9pm and starts 7am. But it's actually an interesting experience to live in small building like this.

The owner is incredibly welcoming. Before I arrived, I saw some reviews mentioning certain rules at the hotel. Once there, I realized these rules are all designed to make our stay more comfortable. For example, keeping quiet in the hallways is important because most houses on O’ahu are made of wood. After staying a bit, I noticed everyone respects the rules, which makes for a very pleasant experience. The hygiene is also excellent. Coming back tired after a day of exploring, it truly feels like coming home. I heard the owner can also help arrange transportation on O’ahu. The hotel is situated quite high up in the town, offering great views right from the room. Highly recommended!
