"Отдыхали в отеле семьёй номер люкс в конце марта 2026 года. Отличный сервис, хороший ресторан, вкусная еда. Из минусов - в номере были испачканные стены, не сильно но неприятно; очень плохая звукоизоляция номера, ночью слышно как соседи ходят и открывают окошко; в номере очень шумно работают батареи отопления."

The small hotel is 11 km from the station "1650 m" of the Milky Way cable car. The Revolving House is 850 meters from the hotel, the Baritovy Waterfall is 1.5 km away, the Fedoseyev Pass is 15.5 km away. It will take about 3 hours by car to get to Mineralnye Vody Airport.
The accommodation offers 2- and 4-bed rooms decorated in oriental style. All of them have comfortable beds, a wardrobe, a tea station, a plasma TV and air conditioning. There is a two-room Standard room with a sauna.
There is a barbecue area with gazebos, Wi-Fi and parking.
"A good hotel, in the center of the village, we stay not for the first time, previously were winter. 3 local room spacious, 2 bed bed and a baby couch, there is a refrigerator, teapot and cup, buckets, in the shower hot water, in the cooler corridor.
There are bars and a common kitchen on the street. In general, I recommend, we will come again."

"Hotel is new, only built and finished. We liked the location very much, quiet street, windows are mainly aside from the street. The sauna was good, somewhere 95 degrees. Very very welcoming administrator, helped us solve all the issues, went to meet.
I didn't like the range of breakfasts, generally every day one and the same, changed 1-2 dishes. When you live long, you want something else. There is no tortoise and no milk, and we somehow mainly with friends only her and eat for breakfast, so we bought the tortoise and ate theirs. Mainly the rooms body is small, there was no air conditioner. No elevator, with the suitcase it was difficult. But such hospitality, clean spa area, cozy hall that the hotel in general left a very pleasant impression"
