The hotel liked it, the room is clean. Convenient location, up to the beach 5 minutes. Around there are lots of cafes and dining rooms, no food problems. The hotel is quiet. Everything is good, recommend 👍

A nice hotel just next to Kuban, the place is comfortable and quiet. I didn't find the soap, I had to ask friends in another room. Lighting in the room is small, the feeling of eternal darkness, because of it a little uncomfortable. But in general, I quite liked it. Staff responsive and polite, thank you for this

Очень отзывчивый администратор. Место просто ТОП, 5 минут до пляжа. Рядом все необходимое: магазины, кафе и т.д
Чисто. Просторные номера. Есть чайник, микроволновка, утюг.
Рекомендую.

Я выбирала гостиницу с ванной, хотелось погреться. Марта оказалась единственной, отвечающая моему запросу. Ванная маленькая, но и я не большая, поэтому это мэтч;)
Территория облагорожена, до моря минут 6, до супермаркета Перекресток минут 10. Рядом столовые и торговые ряды.
Из номера есть выход на общий балкон, там приятно посидеть с чашкой чая. На этаже есть чайник и микроволновка. В номере тепло (визит в феврале).
Единственный минус - шумновато, хоть и не сезон, но людей много, они выпивают и громко общаются, звукоизоляция не очень хорошая, напротив балконы другой гостиницы, но для короткого проживания подходит.

Clean hotel , heated pool , very comfortable bed . With the downsides in the kitchen one jar and one pan , you need to get to the hotel well to climb the mountain . Very strong hearing from the corridor. For a couple of nights you can stop , the more for 1500 rubles .

FFaina WOverall satisfied with my stay! The room was very clean and came with a convenient ensuite bathroom. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and having a kitchen provided was a huge plus. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the Magnit grocery store is only a few houses away. Definitely recommend!

＞ Провальная шумоизоляциия, слышны звуки у соседей. Удивительно, как в таких основательных зданиях такие дешевые стены.
＞ Кровать ужасная, мы всю неделю плохо спали. Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.
＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи.
＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

EEugenia NDyay to sleep the horn night and fly the most, 3 minutes walk from the airport. Clean, there is soap, champoo, comfortable bed. Welcome resepshne. A little style resembles Soviet times, but the advantages cover it. From the downsides, high hearing.
