The Pobeda Hotel was renovated and opened in 2016. It is a modern and comfortable mini-hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of Aksay, Rostov region, within 3 kilometres from the M-4 Don federal highway.
Guests of the hotel are welcome to choose from 10 rooms of various categories. In each room: 24-hour room service, air conditioning. The superior rooms have LCD TVs, refrigerators. The business room has a shower and toilet. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron are available on request.
A shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment operates at the Pobeda Hotel. Tea and coffee are available within a day.
Guest services are wireless Internet access, unguarded parking, laundry, transfer.

In January 2026, he stayed at the Rostov hotel for one day. In general, he was pleased with the accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable and sufficiently spacious for one person. Furniture and equipment modern, worked without complaints. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the facilities that I was interested in and the transportation. The only small minus was sometimes heard from the street noise, but it didn't greatly hinder the rest. I recommend this hotel for short stay in Rostov!

Отель в хорошем месте, стильный. Чисто везде, уютная зона кухни. Номер хороший, матрас, подушки и болье классные. Отлично получилось выспаться. Буду в Ростове,однозначно вернусь именно сюда
