Hotel location is the best, right in front of women's prayer area. Good food and shopping are also nearby. We booked 3 rooms at this hotel in the first week of Ramadan 2026. Rooms were clean and our floor (7th floor) was quiet and peaceful.
Upon arrival we noticed a few amenities missing but when asked they were provided as soon as possible. Room service and cleaning was done by MD Umar Farooq.
The only negative aspect about this place is the lack of elevators. It gets too crowded before and after prayer times.

Our 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************.
Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind.
Bathroom was clean and roomy :)
Overall didn't found any issue.

Guest UserThe room was indeed high-end for us who had just come from Ora. However, it was all show and no substance. The hot water ran out after ten minutes, and the hair dryer didn't work after a few minutes. Although it was fixed later, the shelf in the toilet was broken, and the clothes hung on the clothesline fell to the floor...
