I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.

Beautiful Hotel very best to Masjid al Nabawi Best part is helpful staff and their breakfast Bad part is SAR 200 deposit, which they return only at end of your stay. Still, will come back again.

Great hotel, very close to al Haram. The breakfast was also good. The receptionist was very nice to us; really appreciate.

We stayed at Deyar Al Eiman from 14Feb to 17Feb 2026. We arrived at 3:40 am and they allowed us to do early check-in with a little charge. Room were cleaned and house keeping service was available everyday. All the receptionist were very helpful. The hotel is 2/3 mins walking distance from gate 327/328. W

I booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay. They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

We had good experience at the hotel. The distance from hotel to haram is near and the nearest gate was 365 it was very close to Raudah *************. The breakfast were good and delicious. Thank you to Mr. shamem for the pleasant service. May Allah bless him.

Hotel is good economic option with good room. Amenities are good but quality needs to be improved. It’s 3-4 mins walk from gate 310, which is quite easy access. There was issue in hanging clothes due to low rods in cupboards. Pakistani restaurants are at door step. It has good parking. WiFi is fine and work with sometime showing hiccups. Fridge, cattle and har dryer good. Lift is very good. No delays in moving from hotel to haram. Hotel needs improvement their washing services because even washed bed sheets had hair.
