2-Star Hotels in Al Madinah Province, Saudi Arabia

The location was a bit far, but the bus service was good. The rooms were nice, and the TV was good. Housekeeping was quick. The only downside was its distance from the Haram, but you can easily solve that with the bus. Thanks!

The hotel was very clean and well presented. For a three star hotel everything was a good standard. The location was the best . Only 15 minutes walk to masjid Nawabi. They provide shuttle bus to drop off and pick up every 30 minutes. The food was an additional, complimentary with the room. The breakfast during Ramadan is replaced by Iftar. Overall house keeping was very good and very attentive to your needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with good quality towels and the bed sheets were 100% cotton. The bed were firm and very comfortable.

Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from.

Every thing is normal and peaceful to stay. Great it's cancellation option to traveller. Budget friendly.hotel and Answering calls at all times. It's Great.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun. Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

Great hotel, staff and services. It’s 30 minutes away from Masjid nabwi. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Definitely worth booking if you’re going to medina with family.

Hi, thank you for such a nice hospitality by team Madinah Aram Hotel. The staff was really cooperative & polite regarding everything. Also the rooms are spacious with good facilities in nearby areas. I am not going to deny all the good points despite one terrible encounter. - excellent location, near Haram - connected to a mall - a lot of shops and restaurants nearby - staff in general was good -housekeeping people are amazing! One shocking encounter is when I called the reception early in the morning as my old father had fallen from his bed and I needed someone to help me pick him up. The heartless man at the reception said there is no one to help. Later he did send someone and then I called again to ask them to help me call an ambulance and he said ‘isn’t the guy there already’? And i was like yes, but that guy is not a doctor! I need a doctor That cruel guy didn’t offer any help and said i’d have to call the ambulance using my own phone. Luckily, it was not a serious emergency for my dad at the end but imagine what could have happened. Maybe the staff needs to show more humility and be human instead of thinking about their reputation only! Absolutely traumatized by this experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Prophet's Mosque, just a 200-meter walk away. The service is excellent; all the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and thorough. The hygiene conditions are also very good. While there are many hotels around the Prophet's Mosque, some have bustling surroundings. This hotel, however, is situated in a quieter area. Their dates and coffee are also delicious. Overall, this hotel is a great choice.
