"There were several issues during my stay.
Towels are not provided unless requested, and when delivered, they arrived with stains.
There is no drinking water available inside the room.
The bathroom needs maintenance — the toilet seat moves every time you sit on it, and the flushing sound is very loud.
In addition, the bathroom floor level is very high, making it difficult to enter or exit. You have to lift your leg very high, and I once hit my foot because of how elevated it is.
Disposable bathroom slippers are not provided, so you are forced to use regular shoes, which is inconvenient."

Guest UserThe hotel's cleanliness is average to good, to be honest. However, I have a complaint about the food. The restaurant has very limited options, and unfortunately, every time I asked for something, it wasn't available. But the location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. Just be careful when you book a standard room; it will be at the very end of the hallway, even though they asked for my preference and I chose a room near the elevator.

Apartments of the middle level aren't bad.
The night and night reception service needs more attention.
The cleanliness and the smell of smoke in the apartments need more attention.
