"The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there.
The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling"

Klaus HornetzWhat really made this hotel exceptional was the wonderful reception team. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
As a bicycle traveler, I especially appreciated their support in finding a safe place for my bike and providing a charging outlet. One of the receptionists even helped me find a hotel for my next destination and made several phone calls on my behalf, which was invaluable since I do not speak Turkish.
The staff went far beyond what one would normally expect, and their kindness made my stay very special.
The hotel also offers good value for money. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and can definitely recommend it.

I came back to Eskisehir to get a new tattoo, and of course, I had to stay here again. I love the bright, clean rooms and the great art work all over the hostel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to the downtown core. The staff are very nice and helpful.

staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.

El hotel es nuevo, se ve que está hecho muy rápido, con poco cuidado por los detalles y poca calidad, algunas bombillas no funcionaban, las mesitas de noche tenían suciedad y líquidos de los anteriores ocupantes, el agua d la ducha se salía, las sabanas estaban lavadas pero no limpias tampoco planchadas. Aún así por el precio que pagamos 28€ por una noche me parece razonable.

Guest UserIt was good, the internet wasn't bad, this price was very good. The wallpapers were clean. The worker friend wouldn't have to clean 2 times the night, it doesn't matter me, but may be those who are disturbed.
