The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the front desk sister is also very warm, the price of the room is also very affordable, cost-effective! I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay, and there were fireworks on the earth. This is my evaluation of this hotel.

The facility was clean and the staff was helpful when asked. I was treated with a smile. I feel as though it is over priced  for what it is shouldn’t be more than a 70$ a night hotel at most. The bed was at a slant so my feet were above my head, so I felt like I was sleeping slightly inverted. The TV wasn’t the best either, as I was trying to watch the football game with a blur because the refresh rate of the tv  was to slow. It was hard to watch tv through the blur, but I was thankful to have a TV. The biggest issue was the shower!!! It was incredibly odd and didn’t fit me (5’11, 225lbs). The pressure was the only thing successful about it. I had to fight the shower curtain throughout the entire shower and the entire bathroom was wet because the shower head is positioned in the middle of the shower pointed out towards the center of the bathroom, vs at one end pointed towards the opposite end, like usual needless to say. Then I had to dry up the floor once done with the shower with every towel that was in the bathroom as it was soaked because of the funky weird layout.

I had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.

✔️ Quiet + clean: The community is very quiet at night, the bedding looks very clean, the hot water is comfortable, and the whole house is air-conditioned.

Hotel was oké for a flight layover. I had an issue with the shuttle service I waited for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up and each time i called they said they were on there way and finally they said oh the driver did not see me. Finally when I see him he had an attitude….. even in the return trip to the airport he had an attitude in the car like someone ate his breakfast…. On check out there was a guy at the reception, he was super friendly and great sorry I don’t remember his name but if he reads this, he know. We spoked about traveling and Mexican food, he made the overall experience worth it and people like these we need more in the hospitality service

Don't be afraid of what it looks like on the outside (it could use an update). The room we stayed in was very clean and updated! There was a humongous TV, a microwave, a full sized fridge, and a stove/ oven. The sink and shower were modern, and the floors have been redone with laminate. When we checked in, the front desk person was efficient, but not super friendly. The person in the morning was fabulous! She was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, there were a variety of juices, yogurt, granola bars, packaged muffins, and coffee. I would definitely stay there again with my family. The only other issue, was that we had a hard time figuring out how to find the cable on the TV. The directions that were provided in the room were missing a few steps! We figured it out though!

This is a road side hotel/motel its right off the highway in a very small town! It was very outdated, and decor was not matching, I think a man decorated and painted it LOL, Nothing matches anything lol, but my room was clean! Im not a picky person just needed a bed to sleep in for a night. The guy was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. I am a midnight person, so I decided i wanted some microwave popcorn at midnight, the microwave either ran to hot or i bought bad popcorn. But in less then 2 minutes it burnt really bad, I set off the smoke alarms....lol and the room smelt really bad even in the morning when I left. I'm sure I woke my neighbors, so I apologize for that. If you just need a place to sleep its fine and not gonna cost an arm an leg! I would stay again.

So many issues to list: 1) I had booked a non-smoking room - the hotel did a bait-and-switch and gave me a smoking room instead. 2) The AC unit was barely functional, the room temperature never got below 84 degrees. 3) The bathtub drain was essentially non-functional, taking in excess of 20 minutes to drain after showering. 4) The A.D.A. grab bar in the shower was loose and wobbly, hanging by a couple screws. 5) Half of the ice machines were non-functional, and the other half were absolutely disgusting with dirt and rust. 6) Complimentary breakfast consisted of a barely lit dirty room, with a gallon of milk set out on the counter for who knows how long. And several other minor problems.

From check-in to check-out, we had a very enjoyable experience. Our accessible room was spacious, clean and the bathroom is what one should expect in a room for particular needs with wide doorways, a roll in shower and lower height countertop. Most rooms we have utilized at other hotels seem to only add grab bars and think that is enough to make it an accessible room. At check-in we were invited to be a part of their community with offerings of local events going on. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The breakfast that was included in our reservation was more than adequate with several hot food items. If we are ever in Warroad again this will be our only choice of lodging.

The room was large with plenty of space. The pillows were small which was different, and the mattress was kind of hard. One of the lamp shades was ripped and falling off the lamp. The room was fine for our one night stay for a funeral.The location was good. The hotel just needs some updates and repairs. . Breakfast was good!
