location nice view mountain ，room clean average but continental breakfast so so nothing choose only egg， bread，coffee，apple juice and muffin。one night stay is been fine 。 do not repect what you get

Very nice hotel. King room was spacious and clean. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. AC not too loud. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would give it 5 stars but for a couple of ridiculous issues. 1: there were no cups in the bathroom or with the ice bucket. 2. The sliding shower doors only opened from one end so you had to stand fully in the shower to turn on the taps resulting in being fully deluged in ice cold water until warm water reached the room. 3. I was charged with a small fee for “parking lot maintenance” that was never explained or approved to be added to my credit card. When I called about it, the hotel refunded that fee, but I thought it was quite underhanded to not inform me before charging it.

In addition, you need to swipe your card to enter and exit, and the location is also very quiet. I need to remind everyone that hotels in the United States do not bring toiletries. If you don’t bring them, just go to the nearby Chinatown to buy them. You can also buy locks there, so you can feel free to lock your things in the cabinet and go out to play with various things.

I was deciding between 2 and 3 stars but he bed is comfortable and the gym is nice. Breakfast is your average type. My room was pretty clean minus something blackish on the tub wall. My air conditioner soaked the carpet, my iron did not work and I had no hangers. They did bring me them pretty prompt when I asked. My colleague came in at 9pm and there was some confusion whether she booked 2 rooms. At midnight, someone from the desk called her to ask her if she booked 2 rooms. At Midnight!. Walls seem a little thin as I could hear lots of noise in the hallway and the people walking upstairs. I wouldn't stay again.

Don't ever book this hotel through *********** because they put a surcharge of $15 on to your room rate. Call 1-800 Red Roof for the best price. Got to our room only to find someone else was in there because the sheets were dirty Linens were all over the sink and the lights were on. Went to the desk the desk clerk was like I don't know how this happened! We had to cancel the room through *********** which turned out to be a 45 minute Fiasco. We were very tired and exhausted so we didn't look for another place. The desk clerk graciously gave us another room at a better price. It was not the best room however the sheets were clean the bed was comfy and at that point in time that's all that mattered to me. We did have a Whirlpool Bathtub which I did not go in. The couch looks like it should have been outside for the trash therefore I did not put anything on the couch or on the floor I put it on the desk. Refrigerator had no shelves there was no phone in the room and the sink faucets were backwards. Hot water came out on the right cold water came out on the left which could have been a disaster for somebody. We requested a handicap room and there was none available but at least we got one on the first floor. I understand Red Roofs are trying to upgrade and remodel their hotels let's hope they hurry up.

3 generation family gathering to enjoy the New Hope area. Staff were very accommodating and provided cribs as requested. There is a rear parking lot entrance with luggage carriers making checking in and out a breeze. My room was clean comfortable and quiet. My only complaint about room was it could use better desk lighting. They served a hot breakfast but some items ran out for late comers. Coffee was a bit on the weak side for my taste. Management should also keep the breakfast area open past breakfast hours so that late comers can enjoy a leisurely meal. But overall it was a nice stay.

Stayed at many hotels, this hotel makes me feel good. The room was clean and tidy, and the quality of breakfast was good. Parking is free and is close to Swarthmore College, 10 minutes by car. The hotel is in the small town of Media. There are a lot of shopping malls and supermarkets around, and life is convenient. The lobby bar is quiet. Hot water, coffee, tea bags, cocoa powder, etc. are provided throughout the day. The business center has computers for guests to use for free. There will be cookies at the front desk in the evening, and fruits in the lobby bar. You can just sit there and read a book or watch TV. I think it's more intentional than Hampton's management elsewhere.

It's not a 4 star hotel so it's a bit rough around the edges but it is generally clean. It's good for an overnight stay if you're in town and generally does not need anything extra. The hotel also accomodates reasonable courtesy so I respect that.

Have stayed here several times in the last few years prior to an early am flight. Outside the gardens are well kept and very pretty, the outside however does not match the inside! To say this hotel is in need of a thorough cleaning is really an understatement. We had a room on the third floor (as my husband is a smoker) The elevator was out of order, the stairwell was grubby and the door was propped open to the third floor landing. The hallway was in desperate need of carpet cleaning and repainting or a good cleaning! The room was a little dingy and like the rest of the hotel in need of new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. The linens were clean, pillows plump and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly. It was a quick 5minute drive to the airport. We left at 5.30am so no breakfast but there was coffee available. Overall for the price not bad but not sure I would stay here again!

This hotel is a dump. I should’ve known better due to the ratings, and how it got as much as 2 stars is beyond me. The Quality group truly needs to come around and see how their brand is being completely trashed here. Bathroom walls and door have holes that received a 5 minute patch, carpets are sticky filthy, we booked a king room (how funny) and was given a two full size beds room, and the stench of freshly smoked ********* comes out of the rooms as one walks by. Our room had a stench we could not identify, sort of dusty chemically. We only had 5 hours to rest so we didn’t bother with cancelling and all that. When checking in one stands outside in the cold and works through this puny little service window with the clerk, no welcoming lobby experience. They cannot pay me to stay here again.

The overall environment is very good, quiet, comfortable, good service attitude, is a good choice for business and travel, in the same hotel, it is better! ! ! ! !

I really wanted to give this five stars, but, I can't do it due to some issues. Let’s start with what’s good/great: Loction. This location is close to lots of restaurants, shopping, the metro, and a nice walk to lots of the attractions. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The housekeeping staff was super nice and got us extra towels when we needed them. Free breakfast was available every day. The not so great: The front desk staff was not so hospitable. There was only two working elevators out of three, so, there was always a long wait to get where you needed to go. We were told not to use the stairs. The breakfast was nice, but, I don’t think they had enough staff because items were always out and it was a wait to get the coffee, eggs, oatmeal refilled. The slow, individual pancake maker was a nice feature but there was always a long line. On our first day we asked for almond milk and they were very generous and brought out a half gallon which was placed in the refrigerator with the yogurt for everyone to use. On day 3 it ran out and when asked if we could have another one they said they didn’t have any. Obviously a lot of people were using the almond milk since it ran out in three days - two in my party were using it for coffee only. The pool area is a nice retreat, I wish the pool had stairs to wade in instead of ladders.

We normally stay at Airbnbs, but there wasn’t one close to center city that was within our budget or worth our time. So we stayed here and weren’t disappointed. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room had a window that faced the wall of an adjacent building, but this was a plus because we’re from a rural area and didn’t have to deal with light pollution or city noise. Plus, it kept the room really dark. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. Now….cleanliness. The room was really clean and no sign of bedbugs or other insects. There were some stains on the floor and a few cigarette burns, but nothing major. I always bring my black light to check the toilet and shower cleanliness, not to mention the furniture for…bodily fluids. All I can say is that they get an A+ for not leaving the previous guests DNA plastered about.

We chose this hotel because it offered breakfast and the others in the area did not. I am so glad we went with Holiday Inn Exprs Penns Landing! There breakfast was hot and wonderful. Best breakfast in a hotel hands down! It was walking distance to most all historical sites. I was worrying because it seemed on the map a bit farther out than other options and I am totally out of shape. I am probably in the heaviest ten percent of the population (morbidly obese). It was a very easy walk for me to Betsy Ross House, Ben Franklin Gravesite, Elfareth Alley, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Liberty Visitor Center and great local dining. The location, room and breakfast was great. Clean hotel in very safe area. I felt very safe even at night. I will say the interstate noise is incredibly loud at night. If you are a light sleeper go elsewhere. However, we are a family if heavy sleepers and I was the only one who noticed the interstate noise but not enough to keep me awake. Loved this place

Huanpeng Hotel is basically the more reliable American Express hotel. Breakfast is the most convenient place. It is more suitable for the habits of Chinese people. The hotel is located near the airport. It is more convenient and operates in accordance with the standard mode. Parking is also attractive. point

Just the room is a little smaller and everything else is fine.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The hotel and all of their staff are very friendly and very accommodating to their guests. We always stay here when coming to Pittsburgh because of the location and great staff. I am also very happy with all of their breakfast selections for their guests .

The public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby.

Very clean and parking was so adequate. Very impressed with the place, nice, clean very put together. Breakfast was fine! The coffee was great.

I had no choice but to check in at Red Roof Inn Plus because all other hotels were booked solid due to an event going on in the area. The room was absolutely horrendous, the carpets had been urinated on and the room smelled so awful it was hard to breathe. The television didn't turn on, nothing worked except for the air conditioner, the floors were sticky and every surface looked unclean and full of dirt and rust. I tried to clean up with antibacterial wipes just to get through the night but it didn't help much. The head boards on the bed were sticky and smelled strange and the air conditioner and mirror were covered in sticky candy from a child who stayed in the room before us. The childs hand prints were everywhere and that means the room wasn't cleaned before us. At check in there was a large monitor on the wall that showed camera footage of every room showing the bed view. (No privacy) The staff do not care about your concerns so just avoid the place entirely. I left early because I couldn't stand being there any longer.

we were hear three nites as part of a road trip - the hotel was very nice - close enough to pittsburgh to see things there but far enough away to be quiet & safe & save a little money (less expensive/free parking) .... clean - no worries there --- breakfast was half & half but i don't expect much from chain breakfasts (always seemed to be out of what i was looking for - but not the worst) --- my only issue and others have raised it in other reviews is lack of seating - one chair - we made it work - but not very comfy if you're staying in on a rainy night - i guess i should have paid for the suite, but still for $200+ a night a second chair would've been nice - room was good for a short stay or one person for longer - but for an extended stay i'd recommend going for the suite so it's not so claustrophobic

This is the second time I review this Hampton. Same good expereince. Same clean, specious room. Same good breakfast. Same free parking (the only hotel offer safe, free downtown hotel parking). No complain. Although it is not new and flashy, it still worth the high price! Just like to offer some tips: 1. Book way early, better price. (pay a little more to get free cancelation benefit, it will still cheaper than booking close to stay date.) Also this place sold out fast. 2. The rooms are big. Easily and comfortably fit 5-6 adults. (just one bathroom though) This is good if you have big family. 3. Download the Hilton App to see if you can check in earlier (via the app) and pick your room. Use your phone as room key. Need not check in with front desk. (We still went to front desk later, to get the key cards though, becauce all my family members are adults and like to have their own key, to get in/out as they wish. Only one phone can be used as room key, unless all are hilton honor members. )

Room was nice and clean, the employees very polite and helpful. Breakfast at 4am was nice especially the coffee. Shuttle service on time to the airport. It's worth staying the night here if you have an early morning flight, takes the stress out of driving ar 3am

I stayed here for like 2 weeks out of nowhere they decided to ban me. Probably because I kept staying on points and calling customer service to make them do their jobs ha. When I asked the reason I was ban she said my kids were rubbing the halls in the middle of the night which was a whole lie, my kids were in bed af 9/10 every night because they had school. But don’t come here It’s unkept and gross and they act like your parents telling you that you can’t have guests in your room and they make sure whoever is on the reservation is all that’s allowed in the pool! Not worth the money you pay. They need to be free.

The Pittsburgh Waterfront Holiday Inn is a wonderful place to stay. It is beautiful, clean and friendly. The best part of staying here is not the beautiful location or cleanliness, but the fabulous staff. Ryan has been so fabulous. He was so patient, kind and knowledgeable when we checked in. He made us feel so welcome and is always friendly and helpful. He makes us feel that this is truly a home away from home.

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why?
