"Hotel facilities are clean. Relatively convenient transportation.
But the train from here to Samarkand was not on the date I left the hotel.
I had to check out one day in advance, but should I take out the hotel fee for one night?
It's not my fault.
And the hotel is big, but there is a restaurant, but there is no other amenities, and only one male staff serves the big hotel.
I couldn't deliver something through English.
There is a ☎️ phone in the room, but it is unusable.
Even if you endure this, you will strongly request a refund for 1 night for only 2 nights because you booked 3 nights and the train did not run."

"1. I didn't like: the address is wrong here!! The address of the Caravan MedCenter, the difference is 5 km. It was cool to take a taxi back-to-back. Change to the correct address.
2.Sold mattress. 3. Part of staff does not speak English or Russian.
3. A strange situation with the pool that is, but it is paid after 12-00, then already booked someone(something), but if you pay - you can swim. Total: Want to swim and stop for 1 day= pay.
4. Tight wallpaper from the USSR.
5. The prepaid monthly number questioned the payment, but (already plus), said they would deal with the accountant themselves.
I liked:
1 Oh, cheerful breakfast, it was too bad to enjoy. It's very, very cool!!
2 Big number.
3 Near the airport."

GabrielaMedranoI booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.

Located in the old city of Khiva, it's not far from the main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. We stayed for two consecutive nights and have already recommended it to friends.

ほいあんThe friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all.
Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner.
