Just needed a clean, respectable, working class place to stay close to Joburg airport. The price was very good. I didn't need a fancy hotel. Fair breakfast included. Very serene area. If you stay longer there are benches with tables to just chill, read a book, work remotely etc...
They were a tiny bit grumpy when I asked to get a quick shower in the room after 11am checkout hour... But it's understandable. I overstayed about 20 minutes. Wouldn't advise though.
Was wonderful. Unique aesthetic design of the hotel is nice, lovely pool overlooking a view, excellent service and amenities like bar and restaraunt.
Overall a great experience with lots of activities like fishing, quad bikes, nearby spa and poolside chilling.
The place is really well located 😎👌🏽
Grayston drive can get busy though.
The facilities are good. I loved the coffee 💜
The room was spacious and the shower has great water pressure.
The bed and pillows are soft. So bring your own pillow if you prefer otherwise.
Fantastic location
Clean
Near the highway if you want to exit the city or move around the city (driving)
Quiet and safe
Great service by securities who help with luggage
Will be back
The environment is still very good, if you don't include breakfast abroad, you need to buy another. The sunrise in the early morning, the beauty of the African savannah is really beautiful, hahaha, go next time.
Environment: Very good 👍 The hotel is located in the center of Chinatown in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is only about 7.5 kilometers from the airport to the hotel. The hotel can arrange a car to pick up the airport in advance. It is convenient and safe to travel. There are many Chinese restaurants around, such as Diaoyu Island, Shunde Restaurant, Waguan Shijia, Mong Kok Restaurant, Chongqing Hotpot, Northeast Dumplings, etc. Wanfulai Supermarket has a full range of daily necessities, even tea brands are available. A Chinatown basically meets your life needs.
I enjoyed my experience with them, very polite people and they assisted me very well. The place is very clean, and quiet I really enjoyed that.
